Parsh Tax Solutions LLP — Pan card not received even after 20 days

I applied for pancard for my mother in law on 21st Dec 2016.I got confirmation email on 27 Dec with link to check the status.The coupon# they gave me was[protected].But the link is showing record not found.I paid the prescribed fees online.I feel the company parsh tax solutions is fraud.I would like to bring this to the notice of income tax department.Thanks & regards
