Parsh Tax Solutions LLP — pan card reissue request not processed no response from their end

Dear sir / madam,
I have applied for pan through paras tax solutions llp and paid the fees online,
Have also send the docs they mentioned by courier to them. After that i tried to contact them several times by nos [protected] and [protected] but all the times phones are busy or disconnected.
Why u are not responding my pan no is : askpt 6888r
My pan communication no is : 1244268
But no reply from ur end... Its 15days crossed now...
