Partha Dental Clinic Complaints & Reviews

I have contacted Partha Dental on November, 2021 for removal of gaps between teeth.
They have suggested braces for my teeth and I have opted for the treatment of braces and the way orthodontist have treated was not upto the mark and had caused more problem for my teeth.
Orthodontist don’t have any knowledge of what he is doing and every time we go he is telling some of the other reason.
Please look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible so it might not effect others.

This complaint is regarding the bhimavaram branch, AP. They have implanted a total set of teeth which changed the total face shape and structure which are looking very odd. While asking the doctor he explains that it cannot be placed in a proper way. Nd there is no post completion of treatment after fixation of teeth. We have been continuously calling the hospital for which they are not giving an appointment. We request you to inform the doctor to get the teeth aligned in a proper way and complete the filling in the gaps . We are from narsapur.wg dist

Am Naresh. I have visited Partha in last year(2021) June for Implantation. They have done a screw implantation and inserted a crown in Last November. Since the the crown kept coming out for every 1 or 2 week, I kept visiting the Partha Dental Diamond Point, SecBad, They kept planting the crown again. But no proper treatment, still am just having with screw but without crown. I only had to call them and follow up for when can i visit again. I am completely fed up visiting this Branch. I paid full amount and now suffering with their useless and careless treatment.

Worst services ever despite of calling and requesting for help multiple times no proper response someone named srikanth from partha office promised a call back before sometime no called and no resolution and partha hospital being such huge organization they don't even have instruments to treat a patients when patient needs help they told instruments are not there to treat and I spoke with multiple people no resolution till now disgusting services.
Worst place to get treated they promise you one time frame to get the treatment completed later they dont fulfill it. Untill you do the complete payment they keep calling you back to back once the payment is done they dont even bother about paitents time and pain they are just money minded

Do we get responses from the owner only when we appreciate partha I see that owner has responded to the reviews which are on a positive note on the same month patient kept gave a negative feedback no response on it till now hell with your services 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Partha dental clinic Nandyala branch doctor rude behaviour on patients. She is not experienced, that's why I am raising a complaint. Kindly please resolve this matter or transfer the current doctor. I want to Saleem sir treatment in Nandyala partha dental branch, he is very responsible. I[censored] not resolved this matter, I will do further also.

I have ben undergoing tooth aligning treatment with Partha dental Malleswaram branch, Bangalore from November 2020.
I have paid 85k upfront for the treatment and have used 20 sets till November 2021.

I need to use few more sets for which I requested from Partha dental Guntur branch in February 2022 upon orthodentist at Malleswaram branch suggestion because of COVID thirdwave surge at that time. Guntur branch people have collected my impressions and send it to their head office Hyderabad branch.

It's been more than 2 months and still I didn't receive my sets. I am tired of following up with all these 3 branches every week. They are saying some production issues that s why there is an delay. There is no clear communication and Bangalore branch has failed helping me. I need either my sets at the earliest or refund of money.
I am completely dissatisfied with the service.

Partha dental santosh nagar branch has given me pathetic service. Before treatment I clearly stated them that I have only 6 months in the country. Initially they just applied lower braces for 4 months. In 5 month they applied upper braces and told me they will convert this treatment into invisalign. Later told me to to pay 55, 000 for the ligating braces and 1.6 lakhs again if I want invisalign. I told i want to terminate treatment as I was leaving country. They told me to pay full 55, 000 after which only my braces will be removed. Why should I be paying full amount when treatment itself has not been done. This was really horrible. Its a request to get my braces removed asap now.

In chirala present new otho doctor's treatment was not good and very slow compared to old ortho doctor, so please appoint old ortho doctor for good treatment for us

WORST SUPPORT STAFF… My sister has been a customer with them for a year but the main problem we faced is with appointment setting, each time we tried getting an appointment there is a lag of a week or 2. Current support staff is the worst. Not very good at following up with their patients. Doctors aren’t available much from our experience. Hope they can make their appointment setting easier for their customers. Each time I called they asked for all details. They should also better their data base so people don’t have to give all their health details from the very beginning to all the receptionists working there😒

I have two daughters who are undergoing treatment with Partha dental since 07.03.21..treatment started at Nizamabad originally and subsequently trfd to Hyd Himayat nagar branch on account of my trf to Hyd where I got promotion and again trfd to Vizag... Due to my sudden transfer, we approached your branch at Rama Talkies, Vizag.. We requested now for continuation of treatment for which they are asking transfer charges of 5000/- each.
I request kindly look into the matter and waive the transfer charges as transfers are not in our hands... However we assure you that we will continue our treatment at vizag since my family will not disturbed due to my transfer in future since my daughters joined engg at vizag...
We have already suffering with lot of financial issues due to transfers.. and request the appropriate authority to consider the waiver of transfer charges and we have paid full amount for the treatment...

Please advise your branch to consider the request..

Given appointment at certain time and make patients waiting hours and hours.. Frustrated. How many times should I complain about partha dental management in sklm?

Doctors are very irresponsible. They don't have any value of time. When asked for timely treatment they were abusive. After putting an application for refund nobody is attending the calls or informing about the application status. They never attend the calls. From front desk receptionist to senior doctor, everybody is corrupt in partha dental clinic. It should be named as money looting clinic.

I have consulted partha dental Gajuwaka for invisaligners.

I got a zero set after nearly 40 days of my payment.

Even after nearly 2 months I didn't get full set of aligners and the staff is not responding properly.
I am facing difficulty in using the same set for 2 months and compromising my oral hygiene.

This is not expected from established dental clinics like partha

I have paid amount amount for aligners and It's been 3 mnths they hve given just 1 set only since then they are not even responding to me why they are not responding there is no reply and is it the way you treat parents I have paid 1Lakh rupees the worst service I ever had seen there are no sufficient staff we need to wait for doctor for days and the rmp doctors will give better service than yours with reasonable charges

Dear Partha,
I (Patient ID: 19PGN00093) was taken treatment on March 2019 to October 2019 at your two locations (Nizam pet and Pragathi nager). On that time, I have raised compliant through online for too much taken treatment time and bad quality of teeth set provided (3 times replaced). Then good treatment received by your doctors. Then forth, so many times I have been asked for bills and guarantee card. But not provided and then covid-19 pandemic entered. While treatment time, your doctor said and given 10 years warranty. We paid 60, 000 Rs. Everything available at your desk. Now teeth set is destroyed due to worst quality. It is said by Partha doctor on today (at Pragathi Nagar, Hyd) and doesn’t have any warranty. Would you tell, after 60000 rupees paid, should I taken without assured/warranty teeth? Otherwise, you provided without warranty teeth set for 60000 rupees treatment?
I was selected partha for good treatment in hundreds of Dental hospitals.
Pl humble request is don’t cheat patients/peoples? We should want good treatment and good relations. I am sending this message with much wrecked heart… My number is [protected].

You guys have taken the full payment but there is no treatment since 2.5 yrs

I opted for 10k zirconia crowns and doctors placed a 3 teeth bridge to me in may, 2021.it was broken in the mo th of August 2021 and doctors placed a 3 teeth bridge again on September 16, 2021.again this has broken on September 20, 2021.very bad service from partha dental, madinaguda branch. I see all my money was wasted, and I want my money back refund now. They have charged so much money and given a poor service. instead I can go to a local...

Today I went to partha dental clinic at 1:30pm for filling replacement. But some person in helpdesk she shows very rude behaviour with me. I feel very sad about that.and i returned back from there.
