Appointment took for date 09/01/2021 @ 10:30 we came by 10:15.still we are waiting now the time is 11:20.Treatment not yet started .Why I took Apointment I need to plan my daily schedule. Today I need to go office by 12:30 due to this delay I unable to go right time.I am not happy about NAD partha dental clinic staff.

I'm an ortho patient taking treatment from past 2 years, recently due to covid situation transferred from Hyderabad-Nallakunta branch to Kothagudem branch.
The problem is they are not informing me when doctor comes monthly once to treat me, this is not first time . As i paid full amount they are not treating me properly
Please take necessary action.

I should call everytime every month to Vizag NAD branch then they book appointment. That too for a gap of two months. is this the service you provide after completing the 70000 Rs payment this is the service I get from Partha Dental.Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Very bad Management

I took treatment at Chirala partha dental clinic, at station road on nov 16 2019, its my native place and treated by parandhamaiah garu, and come back to my work place during lock down period my cap was comes out with out any breakage, after lock down over in recent days i came to Chirala and concern partha clinic, they take op again(300₹) and doctor with out asking my problem she talks about new rootcanal treatment then i tell all my story and doctor name she spokes about only money without testing cap always asking extra 500₹ for fiting and finally days ok i will pay and they told its not fiting ...the previous doctor said its guarantee cap dont worries about that u will come any time we can fit properly and treat good way but later doctor and receptionist very rude behaviour and they talk about money, its u r fault, we dont answer u r question, go and give complaint to head office in very rude way me too get anger and with loud voice i can give complaint to u and finally i give this its not about money iam asking about belief, no respect how people comes to your hospital and she spokes not only u so many members lose their cap all r compromise u also like that in rude manner, dear partha management consider patients in poliste manner and u have to give guramtee card dont say in words with out proper management u cant achive patient heart, , , please consider my point and reply me, and iam at hyd, I had my cap carefully we can submit u then only take action, , , , tq

I have visited this clinic for my tooth ache, they don't even write any prescription but just asked me they need to do some thing which costs around 15000...I asked for the appointment for next day they don't even give that...wasted my 500 rs

I my self i am shaik Emamunnisa i attend for RCT at your lakshmipuram branch, Guntur, andhrapradesh on the day of 29th october 2020 i had attended for treatment session in that session i had faced a lot of problem with the treatment which i had gon through i am a diabetic and thyroid patient priorly i had intimate the same to doctor even though he treated me very roudly as casul patient with that i face a lot of difficulty and hospitalised for one day with sivier headace on the next day i visited to your branch to convay the same there your doctors behave roudly in worest manner pls do the needfull and take necessery action

The treatment was not satisfying, and damaged healthy teeth and delayed treatment, due to this have severe pain and leads further other treatment.

Consulted multiple times for the treatment(16 times) but still treatment not completed,

Now they are telling to consult in another hospital for other dental problem.

Then consulted other hospital they telling its very late, so much delay by partha hospital(2 months), madanapalle, i need spend more teeth pain, time and money.

Its very serious problems i faced there.

Please help them to do proper treatment to the patients.

The doctor is not experienced i think, treatment is very bad.

సార్ నమస్తే.. నా పేరు సుభాష్ ఏజ్ 34.. నా సమస్య ఏమిటీ అంటే నాకు పళ్ళు నుడి రక్తం రావడం జరిగింది.. నాకు మాకు దగ్గర లో వుండే బ్రాంచ్ చంపాపేట్ వేళ్లను అక్కడ వాళ్ళ స్కానింగ్ చేసి ఇన్ఫక్ష వుంది ముందు 4 పళ్ళు తీయాలి అన్ని చెప్పారు నేను ఓకే అన్ని చెప్పాను సార్ పళ్ళు తీసిన తర్వాత మొత్తం క్లినిగా కూడా చేశారు ఏ తర్వాత 20 రోజులు తర్వాత రామన్న రు... లేజర్ trriecment చేశారు... మళ్ళీ 35 డేస్ ki... వేళ్లను హాస్పిటల్ కీ బ్రిడ్జి రూపం లో వుండే పళ్ళు వచ్చింది అన్ని అవి నాకు అమర్చారు... తరువాత మళ్ళీ నాకు పళ్ళు కింద కొంచం గ్యాప్ వచ్చింది అన్ని నేను చెప్తా వాళ్ళు అసలు పట్టిచుకోవడం లేదు ఆలా అన్ని ఆన్లైన్ కంప్లీట్ ఇచ్చాను... ఆయన కూడా నాకు ఇంకా నా సమస్య తెరలేద్... 10 రోజులు క్రితం మళ్ళీ వేళ్లను .. హాస్పిటల్ కీ అప్పుడు వాళ్ళు పెట్టు నా పళ్ళు మళ్ళీ తీశారు అవి చాలా డామాజీ అయింది... 5 తరువాత రాంనారు... మళ్ళీ .. వెళ్తతే అవే పళ్ళు నాకు మళ్ళీ పెట్టారు ఇపుడు కుడా.. చాలా చాలా డామాజి అయి వుంది మరి ... నా సమస్య ఎవరికి చెప్పలే... తెలియక మీకు కంప్లీట్ ఇస్తున్న...

Un satisfaction with Partha dental. I've visited Partha dental for Crowns related.literally 5 times Crowns not adjusted.worst service no caring at all. Still crown's not Fixed.

I had given a bad review as I was not satisfied with the service at Partha Dental Vidyaranyapura. They called me from thier personal number and abused me for putting bad review. The receptionist insulted me as well as my husband for it. Here is her number [protected] Geetha Johnson.

Very bad customer service and the one who is handling whatsapp is not at all a good person for a customer service the language which is very casual show the attitude of a person

I don't even suggest the doctors to come and help in these situations but atleast they can take the feedback from patients.

Iam having my braces since 4 months they are like yellow pigmentation and bleeding gums.

First i never had any ussue now after taking treatment from ur hospitals all problems started with my teeth.

Asked us to pay money but after the payment never took care of how we are

There is no proper response from you guys.
I will never suggest anyone to take treatment from you for sure.

My name is ch. Rajyalaxmi from chilakaluripet guntur dist, i met surgery at your hospital located at guntur kothapeta, for total mouth implantation on 2019, for this i spend more than 3 lacs, i'm very disappointed to write this since two months i'm suffering a lot due to my upper jaw was not in good condition most often very discomfort i'm not even eat, talk properly for this, i contact by customer care to get appointment they told that, we call you to get appointment once clinic open. But till now no response from you.

I know past months was in lock down period, now things little changed if open the centre at guntur please let me know to get a solution for my problem.

I'm very much tired to hold this pain kindly respond and do the needful asap.

Later they have changed their words and said that it would take minimum of 24 months. They call me once in every 2 months for getting it cleaned/changed. Since lockdown i've not been there for 3 months and suddenly they ask me to come there and they want to charge me additional 500rs for ppe kits for doctor to treat me. I don't think this is fair to ask customer to pay for it. Organization should bear it. We have been i'm tough situations during this pandemic and we aren't in a position to spend additional amount. They are being rude and they said they wouldn't treat us if we are not paying additional amount for ppe kits for doctor.

I am Sushma Vemula, chose the treatment as Clear aligners to fix the gap between two teeth and to place the teeth in normal height o[censored]pper jaw and lower jaw teeth. I continued the treatment as per the plan however the teeth placed back like before. I spent almost 1:50 lakh for this treatment, and now of no use. This is not convincing. I wasted my time and money. Before treatment this flaws were not mentioned and teeth became into original...

Doctors are very unprofessional. They made me run behind them for 2 years and couldn't give a proper treatment at last, which usually the treatment requires only 3 months of time. The whole process costed me 85k. When i visited last time for some issue with my teeth the reason they gave was of not having an instrument to fix it. This is not acceptable.

Description of incident:
I got mumps infection from partha dental clinic because they did not use sterile techniques. The technician did not change the suction tip which was infected with some previous patient saliva. My whole face, neck was swollen. I could not walk and eat due to pain.
The technician did not seem medically qualified. She hardly understood about infection protocols. She was assisting doctor while gossiping over phone.
I observed blood stains on dental chair/machines/sink. I observed nobody washed hands before procedure.
After getting mumps infection i raised issue. Later they informed me that they expelled the technician.
But when i asked for proof they refused. Also after keeping me waiting for one month, today i got a chance to have meeting with them. They treated me very badly and refused to agree that the mumps i got is from their clinic.
Dr pradeep from partha who looks after all the partha chains was very very rude.
When i asked to show me their autoclave register where they maintain sterility dates and time of autoclave. He refused.
I asked him provide me in written that they are not responsible for the infection. He refused to state that also in written.
He used bad words for me stating that if i was sure about infection i would not have continued with treatment with partha. I already have changed my branch under same brand as i cannot change my treating doctor - dr sandeep because he knows my treatment process.
The way dr pradeep was speaking and treated me was not a per a doctors behavior.
He was trying to save his job.
I feel helpless and have lost trust.
Resolution: compensation for the suffering caused. I spent 5 -7 thousand during the treatment.
That is the monetary loss. Physically and mentally the pain i have gone through is irreversible.
