I’m undergoing braces treatment as part of it they initiated to remove four wisdom teeth, (i.e they were not removed by specialist) they remove upper two at once it created a lot of disturbances in my chores for a week, now I have remaining two teeth to be removed here I'm worried why choose Partha dental for this process, the upper braces are fixed but the actual reason for dental treatment is for lower teeth, Im requesting from this complaint to assist a best surgeon to remove the third molars, so I can go ahead with the lower dental treatment.

Appointment given on 13-06 rescheduled to 16-06; then to 17-06; i told them its an emergency but they denied to help me in anyway; my lower jaw brace has been broken and i have to wait 1 week; i am not able to eat anything recieptionist just doesn’t care @ partha dental ameerpet branch. Very rude and careless people they don’t even inform me if doctor is not available and appointment is cancelled i have to travel 50 kms and they ll say doctor is not there ! Better to close the branch !!! Now help me with this stupid braces you charged me 70k and give me services not worth of 1k !!!

I am a santoshkumar (Patientid # 18wgl00087) well known respected business man in warangal. I have paid rs 42, 500/- in partha dental /warangal branch for 2 implants&2 rct in 0n 28/5/2018. And process was going on till today, today i visit your branch for fitting permanent caps, i asked reason for delay to mr s. Abhilash (Surgeon) but he was not respond correctly and also he shouted on myself with vulgarer language and un parliamentary words, told me to get out from branch. And also he warned me to don't enter again in your branch. Where i can go for final treatment. Is this a such way to behave with patient by a respectable doctor in your new branch. Please esquire thoroughly in this matter with the help of c. C tv footage and co employees. If your hospital authorities are not taken needful action i will go for a legal action against your clinic.

I don't like their service. The way they respond towards patients is not good. They are making unnecessary comments on patients. They are not giving proper pre-operative instructions. They are not discussing about the treatment with us. Nursing staff are not cooperative. They are making unnecessary jokes with doctors while the treatment is going on. Consultation was nice but treatment session was worst.

Had treatment for laser flap surgery, 15 teeth gic filling, root canal treatment (5 no’s)
Crowns (6+6).. Paid rs.71, 000/-..
Complaint is :-
1. Gic filling not done properly.
2. Crowns (Upper six) fixed are bit protruded leaving more space then desired with lower crowns.. My request with the branch rearranging above not considered..
Please address my grievance..

My wife and mother in law has undergone implantation treatment at machilipatnam branch. My wife has paid full amount of rs. 50, 000 for full treatment. For my mother in law we have asked to keep only 8 implants but instead they kept 12 implant without our permission and charged bill of rs. 2, 20, 000. Initially we paid around 150, 000. Before completing the full treatment and placement of shells they were continuously follow up for balance...

I visited partha dental tirupati where my children were treated earlier. But mr. Kondaiah who treated my children does not have enough skills to treat children moreover he is an impatient. He charged 3700/-where he did not give minimum treatment. I never experienced such reputed hospital with a worst skilled doctor. Due to negligence of doctor my children suffer.

We visited tirupathi hospital along with my 2 children on 29th, july, 18 and paid 3700/- for treatment. But the treated doctor was unskilled and not at all professional. He did explained the exact problem and not treated properly. We had a v good experience with dr. Anusha in aug, 17. He does not know how to treat a child patient. He put cement to my children with up n downs. I am fully unsatisfied and never want to recommend your hospital to dears. Thanks a lot. Ramana [protected]

I, R.Lakshmi, Meerpet, Hyderabad (Mob: [protected]) had approached the Partha Dental Clinic with sever pain in my teeths. Then they started treatment with new learner doctor. He had done some experiments on my teeths, resulting that he has damaged (nerves cut) one of my best teeth. After failure of his efforts then shifted to another branch of Habsiguda. I had also taken OPG. Finally 4 doctors were treated me, but in vain. They were collected charges from me for Rs.5000/-. Lastly I have approached one experienced doctor to resolve my unbearable pain.

Bajaj finserv loan partnership; mental harassment

I approached partha dental for my teeth implant. All went well till the treatment suddenly changed.

They suggested bajaj finserv is the loan partner for treatment at 0% interest.

I went with loan for my dental treatment at partha dental bellandur amounting to 62000 rs with loan account no : 404lcf61792632 for 8 emi each amounting to 7750.

The partha dental bellandur branch suddenly changed the treatment plan exactly on implant day 26th nov 2017 and my cost of treatment reduced to 42000 rs.

My treating doctor (Dr iman) assured me that the loan amount will be reduced to 42000 rs. (Request letter attached) as they will refund 20000 rs to bajaj finserv and they will handle each and everything from their end. I need not to worry.

Today is 24th jan 2018, yet my issue is not resolved. The simple answer i am getting is, the loan guys are not responding to their calls as well and they can't do more than that.

I am literally emotionally and mentally drained.

My son (Sathvik) age 4yrs taking root canal treatment in partha dental vanasthalipuram, actually treatment started in the month of april 2017 and it is going on... And it will continue in2018 also there is no proper response from the partha dental first my son treatment was started by ms. Debica and now mr. Sainath doctor and now when we again called them for dr. Sainath appointment they told to visit kothapet branch and will called kothapet...

I visited partha dental in january 2016 for treatment of my misaligned teeth. Doctor suggested that i would need braces to correct the alignment and they asked me to make full payment towards it. I paid around 1, 50, 000 for which they did not even provide a proper receipt. The staff and doctor assured me that the treatment would be completed within six months and assured me that they would be scheduling appointments every 15 days and i do not have to worry about anything.
They have scheduled only 3 appointments after that and i literally had to beg for appointments. They give all kinds of excuses that head office schedules the appointments and doctor is out of town., etc.
The staff is ill-mannered and doctors are irresponsible. They care only about money rather than patients health. Few of my braces got detached and there are no appointments yet. There is no supervisor or manager to talk to. And after more than one and half year my treatment is not even half way done.
Whoever is reading this, please do yourself a favour by not visiting this hospital.

Im in an ortho treatment at partha debtal kondapur, the staff is so useless that they never give u proper appointments at all.. A female doctor in the clinic speaks very rudely
The treatment estimated time given was 6mnths approximatly, i have completed one year time by now and still the treatmnet is not done..
They bug u badly untill u pay the money once paid they dnt care... Treatmnt procesa is nt gud at all.. Would necer suggest this clinc to anyone and would definetly share bad reviews everywhere..
Expensive treatmnt but uselss worst service... We have to call to clinic and make an appointmnt for mnthly checkups they dnt care

I am taking treatment in Partha dental since 1.3 years in Ameerpet branch, Hyderbad. My treatment will be completed in 6 more months.

Now I got job in Banglore and shifting there. If I am requesting for changing branch, they are asking me to pay additional charges. The additional charges will be around ₹5k to ₹10k based on branch.

I don't understand, the material used for treatment won't change based on location. And that to I have 6 more months treatment left. But why they are asking additional charges now.

I have chosen Partha dental as it is having many branches in Andhra, Telangana and Karnataka. So it will be easy for me to switch if I relocate somewhere.

I underwent RCT and crowning at the left upper six teeth during the month of June, 2016, at Partha Dental clinic, Habsiguda, Hyderabad. The treatment of
the said dental problem is highly unsatisfactory, and I am unable to eat food
on that side.The Dr. who did this treatment is Dr.Vishnu.Kindly respond to my complaint, and do the needful.

J. nagasulochana, age 60 yrs, d. no 204/3a, srinivasanagar, vakalapudi, kakinada533005. cell-[protected]. visited your partha dental centre kakinada on 31 oct 2016. rtc o[censored]pper four front teeth was carried out by dr. akhila. she took the impression for perm caps and before its final fixation she left the chair. the other dental officer who took over the charge has fixed the perm caps. since then i often get pain from artificial denture and for getting relief i had to take pain killers.in this regard, i have consulted your dentist twice in your dental centre, kakinada. her advise is removal and fixation of new caps that cost will be up to rs.6000/-. i would like you to justify whether or not fault lies in making and fixing of caps. otherwise what is the root cause of pain and discomfort. if atall recommendation for removal and fixation new caps is mandatory how it is right to ask repayment

This is regarding my treatment at Partha dental himayatnagar branch. I walked in on February 22nd 2017 with pain in my gums and was told by Dr. Satya Kiran it’s because of gum infection and required laser treatment. I was also given prescription for the pain to subside. I followed the given medical instructions and got the laser treatment done on 25th February 2017. After a week I went back to check with the doctor as the pain didn’t come down and I also puked a couple of times. At this point I was told that a surgery is required as the laser treatment didn’t work.
This is when I was told that there is a gum specialist who takes cases with gum infection and the doctor who actually treated me was not a gum specialist. I felt betrayed as I was not informed about this earlier and told them I would get back after a second opinion from another dentist since I was concerned about getting the surgery done. The doctor who was in charge got offended and started arguing with us as he thought we were questioning his treatment. He walked out of the room even before we could clear out our concerns.
After visiting other dental hospitals I was told a surgery is not required and the infection did not cure because scaling and laser treatment was not done properly. Also, I had vomitings because of the medicines which were prescribed to me by doctor at partha.
I had a very bad experience at Partha dental and the doctor was very bad-mannered. I was charged Rs.5, 500/- which dint serve the purpose. The treatment was performed by a doctor who was not a periodontist and did not even know how to talk to his patients.

My mother and brother had attended partha dental, kadapa. As per your lady doctor had not properly diagnise properly she has unneccesarly removed my mothers teeth even after 20 days she is feeling pain and infection and my brother had teeth infection where he was recommended to capsulate the cap on his infected teeth but they had set the teeth properly it is very loose. Because o[censored]n trained doctor most of the people suffer a lot
