I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the treatment I received at your Partha Dental Nizampet branch on 20th March 2021. I had undergone a treatment plan that included Root Canal Treatment (RCT) and the placement of a 3-tooth Bridge made of Zirconia Crowns. Regrettably, my experience with your clinic has been marred by recurring toothaches, subsequent visits, ambiguous charges, and, most concerning of all, the realization of incorrect treatment.
To provide a comprehensive overview of the events, I would like to highlight the following incidents:
1. On 20th March 2021, I commenced the treatment and was charged an initial amount of INR 15, 000 for RCT and the Zirconia Crown Bridge.
2. However, shortly after the treatment was concluded, I began experiencing severe toothache, prompting me to revisit Partha Dental Hospital on 27th March 2021. Shockingly, I was charged an additional INR 3, 000 for undisclosed treatment, leaving me in a state of confusion regarding the purpose of the visit and the appropriateness of the charges.
3. The toothache persisted, forcing me to return to the Nizampet branch on 17th March 2022, where I was charged a further INR 2, 000 for composite filling. Unfortunately, the issue continued to recur despite the corrective procedure.
4. Seeking resolution, I visited your clinic once again on 31st October 2022, for the same persistent toothache. To my dismay, I was charged an additional INR 2, 000 for composite restoration. These recurring charges, coupled with the lack of lasting relief, have caused significant financial burden and frustration.
5. Most recently, on 6th June 2023, I sought assistance for the persisting toothache. Shockingly, I was informed that the current supporting tooth could not bear the weight of the bridge due to the repeated removal and reinstallation procedures. As a result, I am now being advised to undergo a Root Implant procedure, accompanied by yet another financial burden.
I am deeply troubled by the course of events and the subsequent neglect and unresponsiveness I have encountered. Despite my efforts to address these concerns with your clinic, I have been met with silence, denied appointments to discuss the matter, and left unanswered in my attempts to communicate via phone calls. This behaviour exhibits a lack of professionalism and a disregard for the well-being of your patients.
I firmly believe that the issues I am facing are a direct consequence of the incorrect treatment provided by your clinic. I expected competent and reliable dental care, but instead, I have experienced prolonged discomfort, unnecessary expenses, and a deteriorating oral condition. It is evident that the repeated procedures and the resulting damage to my supporting tooth have been caused by the mishandling of my case.
Therefore, I kindly request the following actions to rectify the situation and provide a fair resolution:
1. An immediate appointment with a senior dental professional to evaluate the state of my oral health, confirm the necessity of the proposed Root Implant, and discuss suitable treatment options.
2. A thorough review and refund of the charges incurred for undisclosed treatments, as well as a clear explanation of the procedures conducted during the visits on 27th March 2021 and subsequent dates.
3. Compensation for the financial losses I have suffered due to the incorrect treatment, including all additional charges for subsequent visits and the proposed Root Implant procedure.
4. Assurance that the necessary corrective measures will be taken to rectify the damage caused to my supporting tooth and prevent such instances from occurring in the future.
5. A written acknowledgement of this complaint and a formal apology for the inconvenience, pain, and distress I have endured throughout this entire ordeal.
I expect a prompt response to this complaint and a commitment to address these matters within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to do so will leave me no choice but to escalate the issue further by seeking assistance from consumer forums and regulatory bodies. I am confident that, as a reputed dental clinic, Partha Dental will take swift action to rectify the situation and uphold its commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
I look forward to a favourable resolution to this matter and to re-establishing my faith in the quality of care provided by Partha Dental.

I am not sure who said it is resolved, I am still waiting for the Partha dental to respond and I havent received any call from them and not even the treatment.
