[Resolved]  Parul Group of Institutes — Provisional Admission fee refund

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I trust this message finds you well. I am Siddhesh Ramhari Aher, writing to urgently address critical issues surrounding my provisional admission to the Master of Business Administration - Marketing program at Parul University, Vadodara at date 20/11/2023.

Due to unforeseen family financial constraints, I communicated my decision to cancel my admission to Mr. Pawan Padvi senior admission counselor parul University, on 27/11/2023. Despite my situation, he stated that a refund is not possible. Subsequently, I requested the possibility of transferring my admission to a certificate course. However, after multiple assurances to wait for 3-4 days, Mr. Pawan Padvi has now conveyed that both options are not feasible.

In my attempts to seek clarity, I also reached out to another admission counselor named Prachi. She mentioned that a refund is possible if the cancellation occurs within 30 days I have call recording of that. I want to emphasize that I communicated the cancellation of my admission within just 6 days. Notably, there is no mention of a cancellation policy on the university's website or in the provisional admission letter. Additionally, crucial details such as the start date of classes and the last day of admission are not provided in provisional admission letter.

Adding to my concern, online complaints against Parul University are numerous, indicating a widespread issue.

This lack of information and the challenges I am facing have led to significant confusion and frustration. Moreover, despite multiple attempts, calls are not being answered, and emails are being ignored.

I urgently seek your intervention to clarify the following:

1. The university's official cancellation policy, especially considering the early stage of my cancellation request.
2. Alternatives for transferring my admission to a certificate course, as previously suggested.

Your prompt attention to these matters is crucial, and I sincerely hope for a swift and positive resolution.
