I enrolled at Parul University and booked a triple-sharing hostel room online, trusting the information provided on their website. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the hostel they assigned to me was still under construction. Despite paying ₹133, 000 for a triple-sharing room, I was placed in an 8-person room with a common washroom, along with other students in the same situation.

What's particularly unfair is that we weren't informed about the construction status before our booking was confirmed. They also mentioned that we would be shifted to the proper room after three months but still charged us the rate for a triple-sharing room.

To add to the frustration, when I contacted customer service, they told me I should have called to confirm the details before booking, which contradicts the information on their website.

The customer service has been extremely disappointing. When I raised my concerns, I was told it was my choice to stay or leave, showing a complete lack of accountability. They are clearly taking advantage of students' situations.

My ratings:
- Customer service: 0/10
- Marketing and making fool of innocent students and parents: 10/10 (full marks, well deserved)
- Accountability: -5/10

I m a student of Parul University staying in Sardar Bhavan - A, few days ago i took some newspapers for use, i thought it were meant for student when they need they can take it. i took a bunch of newspaper, as such there were no rules regarding as such on student that he/she cant take more than 1 or 2 newspaper, and if taken it will be consider as on offensive act for them and demanded money for it and go to security office. which in result cause me my college ID card taken away and was sent to security office for taking a bunch of newspaper. [31/03/2024]

I was told i will get back my id after visiting security office, later after visiting it, i got back my college id but still they took my hostel id card(mess card), after asking and calling many times they denied to give it to me, so now i m writing this complaint for not telling a student he cant cant some newspaper
and if he takes them he has to go to security office and still get his hostel id card taken away.

please help Us, They also took my friend Mess card too for same Newspaper reason too. We seek your help.

also please if possible i have few additional complaints, mess for quality is not so good, if you can make them

I am a student of parul institute of Nursing and studying in gnm nursing program 2nd year
Our quality is very chip and the design of boys uniform is like girls
We complained about the uniform to the principal but they didn't take any action
We hope that you will take strict action against this complain
And change our uniforms and give us new uniforms

My self Parth Makwana, I was take admission in parul University and cancelled my admission on 13th aug. My refund still not received

I'm Priyank Panchal B.E. Mechanical Engineering 2022 passout student.
I'm doing job but i decided to do masters part time.I contacted admission counsellor by what's app to get admission then i took admission in M.Tech cad-cam in work integrated Programe.
I paid 10000 fees on 12th august by the link which was shared on what's app by counsellor But after one week my mind changed and i decided to cancel admission. So i told him(counsellor)to cancel the admission then he provide mail I'd Then i mailed with details filled .
On 19th august they responded me on mail and told me to provide fee recipe and details so i mailed same day with attached documents.
On 21st august they resonded that they got requied documents and my fee refund is in process but i didn't get refund then i contacted admission counsellor many times but he always tell me that it will take 45 days and i waited for it
But today[protected]more than 45 days gone) but still didn't get fee refund so please take actions and refund my fees

28 August I had taken the admission in parul and paid 50% fees 58000 but for some reason I had cancel the admission under the 15 days I had cancel the admission on 6 September they are only returning 28000... plz take some actions

Odor: There is an unpleasant odor associated with the water, making the bathing experience unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Water Pressure: The water pressure in the showers is frequently insufficient, making it difficult to shower effectively.

Taste: In some instances, the water has an unusual taste, further indicating potential water quality issues.

Sorry to state that but Parul University are worst and only money maker, we know to run institute, there need of money but if we got late we paid penalty even facilities and faculty are not upto the marks, within one year we judge all the areas.if parents side, any request is coming first time the should accept and ask to parents for written application if parents are not fulfilled condition as mentioned in application, then institute can take action, we are ready for it but horrible they are not listening. And we never suggeste name of parul to anyone

I have paid an amount of Rs.58, 750/-for one semester from the Account number [protected] PNB bank IFS code PUNB0078110 - but due to some bad circumstances(for md/ms i didnt qualify in aiapget for parul institute of ayurveda ) so i didnt join your university and head of department in public health replied your admission is already transferred to july so you are too late to informed me i cant give you refund talk to the admission team but i have applied for PGDEM (POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN EMERGENCY MEDICINE) course from pune

They are not allowing my ward to write exams, and they are threatening us to pay third sem and fourth sem fee for giving TC. They are not alllowing to continue also. No proper channel to communicate...

Respected Sir/Madam,
I draw your attention towards the barbaric and cruel treatment of animals taking place in our university. The dogs in the campus are beaten badly and are mercilessly taken with their limbs tied with ropes. I have captured a video where a watchman/ security guard is seen beating a dog with a stick and the dog is screaming while trying to escape from him. The shrieks of the tortured animals are so appalling that it has compelled me to write for you for the protection of the said animal.
Cruelty towards animals is a heinous crime and is punishable by law. Kindly depute some competent officer or person to look into the matters so that cruelty towards animals is stopped and the offenders are brought to book.

Such a Drastic Hurtful Experince, their Addmision Cell Receptionist is so Rude, she don't even know how to behave with Visitors and their Counselor ayushi bhatt, such a irresponsible lady, in demand of her only we went to Vadodra campus from Delhi and she is not even responding our calls and messages, such a pethatic experince with these staffs please either replace such peoples or atleast trained them how to deal with mangement...they just...

Today 8 october saturday 2022 a cockroach was found in dal during lunch time in Atal bhavan A at afternoon i was not familiar with the student whose dal had a cockroach and that student when complained it to the warden she dismissed it saying after cooking it must have fallen into the dal. I am noting this down and i also told some students to try sending a mail to parul University if any more further incidents like this happens i will take legal action against your Institution also please note if any death occurs in Atal bhavan A Parul University will be held responsible for this because of what happened today

I and my friends decided that we will go to watch a movie and eat pizza outside the campus and I estimated the time the plan was up to 9:40 pm and the hostel closes at 9:30 ... so I asked the rector to give me a gate pass for next day till 6 pm and we deiced that we will night stay at my relative's house

I asked the rector to talk to my parents about this if they agree or not I will sign NOC as well that my parents have no issue and if anything happens to me college will not be responsible and the rector just talked rubbish and bad-mouthed for no reason he be like "nahi baat karni kisi se"

my consent is not like why he is not providing me gate pass for staying outside, if i had lied to him and said that i am going to home for 1 day will be back till tommorw then he would have given me

this rule just make no sense at all please help me with this
