Costumer care representative told me to contact j.E of my area. When i contacted the j.E of my area he told me "new meters are not available" and also told me there is no hope of availability of new meters. How can i get my new connection. My connection application no is [protected]

I am resident of a-122 sector 15 noida. Today some trees were trimmed in our line due to which phases of our electic line of three phase line were break down. After detecting the same we are using other working phase. Kindly have the line rectified and people should be warned not to trim trees carelessly.
