Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam [Pvvnl] — Change of consumer none after death of my spouse

I am the joint registrant with the licensee of the flat B -512, Kendriya vihar, sector 51, noida . I want to change the name of the original consumer of our electricity namely my deceased wife to my name . I am living at present in JAMMU, j&k INDIA the state to which we belong. Please let me know how i can be helped to have regular electricity in my Noida flat and to pay my bills so that i can use my noida flat .
My wife died in Hyd. because of a serious illness .
