Dear Sir,

I have been a loyal customer of your electricity company for many years. I have always tried to make the payments in due time and never cheated on the electricity consumption by any way. Recently I realized that I have been receiving bills Previous month & current month Meter reading is same & last 5-6 month nobody person visit in my home collect meter reading continuously followup to Electricity vibhag & register complaint customer care then genrate bill but same issue till time nobody person visit in my home please help...

complaint assigned to AE Gopal Contact no [protected] but Mr. AE Gopal not Resolve the issue .
Mr. Sadab Balram ( [protected]) nagar electricity vibhag my problem short out but this problem not resolve .
