I, pushpa rao, resident of house no. 1903 sector 37 arun vihar noida 201301, would like to draw your attention to our current electricity bill (Bill no.[protected] associated under account no. [protected]) and writing a dispute in regard to this raised electricity bill. I don't accept that meter is recording accurately. I have received a bill on 24th may 2020 when the store is completely closed due to over 70 days in lockdown and billed twice the amount that i was being billed earlier on 15th mach 2020 when we had our store opened. When we were opened and our all electrical heavy appliances were in use at that time we got the bill of rs.12187/- on 15th march (However it's paid) when janta curfew happened on 22nd march 2020, since then we are closed and all activities are still suspended except a deep freezer of 281w of 2.47 ampere. But as per our bill of the last 2 months, our bill shows rs.24000/- (Means 12000 each month).
So, in brief:
1. When the store was running with all power-consuming appliances, the generated bill was rs. 12187/- (For 1070 units)
2. When the store was completely shut due to lockdown, the generated bill is rs. 24000/- (For 2364 units)
& technically how is it possible for a single deep freezer of 281 w for consuming 2364 units (Just deep freezer)
I, therefore, request you to kindly send your representative to check the meter and have it replaced. Also, i kindly request you to re-issue the bill for the last two months as they are wrongly billed. I shall be grateful if my complaint is attended to as soon as possible Was this information helpful? |
