Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam [Pvvnl] — New meter was not appropriate during installation

We install new meter connection but its display was not upto well .we complaint that at the same time they said he will change it tommorrow but never came… now today bill generated of 750 rs due to issued meter. We request you to please refund that amount and also reimburse for new meter.
