Respected sir, please check my a/c no.[protected] and correct my bill amount i had already deposited monthly online bill but wrongly meter reader generated bill from starting units. I visited electricity office many times but they engorged my complaint every time. I also complained online but my complaint has been closed without any action taken on it and sending message to me that my complained has been resolved.

Account no[protected] sc no[protected]. Bill for one month Rs 1570.17 for 2kw rural when meter is not connected. Energy charge Rs 675.00 plus fixed charge 820.00 and electricity duty Rs 74.77. Total Rs 1570.17. Why energy charge is added when meter reading is zero. Please do necessary corrections. Mob no [protected] and [protected]
