Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i have made the payment of electricity bill for the month of may 2018 on 22 jun 2018 of 719 rs through online portal. But still bill showing 722 rs. Due in my account.
I have word with customer care executive on 1912 and they have also confirmed that paid bill details are not updated in our system.

So request you kindly look in this matter and do the needful.

Request you to maintain power supply cause it is causing a very serious trouble.
