I am constantly approaching from the last 8-9 months to rectify billing error, for which the department is not responding to attend the same. I have given 5 letters regarding correction of bill / overcharging due to overload shown in the bill 37 KW in the month of July 2016 and subsequent months also. Now the bill of March-17 is comes to Rs.44982 for Nov-March-17 I have only 900 units consumed by me and I last paid amount in Oct-16 is 8800/- also paid by me.
The staff of Shalimar Garden, bijli ghar is not listening anything.
Kindly get it resolved my complaint at the earliest.

Loni ke naipura ke bijalighar mai 1 connection ke j.e 5000 mangte hai...or bina paise liye connection nahi kar rahe h...please sir help me
