Passenger Complaint — Regarding bad transportation

There is time of two Punjab roadways busses from Jalandhar to Batala 5.10 pm to 5.15 pm but many days they are not running from Jalandhar to Batala .A Private bus taken 45 minutes from 5pm tp 5.45pm on Batala counter at Jalandhar bus stand .The passengers are helpless because they don't any option expect to travel through that private bus.please resolve that issue .
