Passport Office Amritsar — Regarding passport renewal

I have applied for passport renewal for my daughter. Passport inquiry done on 22/08/2023. Since then online status is police inquiry under review at RPO amritsar. Have called national helpline number, they said you have to wait, with no further details stating if any issue with the application. At least they should update if anything else is required. But there is no communication from passport office. Tried calling Passport office Amritsar but no one answer calls. 40 calls in a row but answer. Sent email no reply. I don't know what to do. I need it urgently but have no idea what is happening and when i can expect it. I wish to know the time for processing and if there is no issue why is the delay in processing. Really appreciate help with this matter.
