[Resolved]  Passport Office Bhubaneswar — Not Responding For Contact

I have applied for my pasport, about over a month, But the police verification is still pending, For this i have tried to contact to RPO OFFICE Bhubaneswar . But they are not responding to calls. [protected] As per the info on web i did contact them within 10.00hrs -13.00hrs. What did i suppose to do in such case???? Overall i am very dissapointed with the Pasport Service Of India.
