My mother applied for the passport in Oct2021. I tried to call all the offices no on answers the call. Tried to email so many departments no one reply. I want to know what is going on about her passport. Someone please help.
File# is "-CH[protected]. Pls help.

They dont have any coutesy to reply of any of the emails and phone calls. I am not sure complaining here will help or not. Someone at least let me know what is going on with passport
