Above number is for the renewal of my Passport and I am a minor having 17 years of age. The appointment was postponed 2 times as I received message that the appointment have to be rescheduled on account of Covid. the third appointment scheduled on 11th March 2022 was not attended my be due to a sudden exam schedule imposed by my school ( I a CBSE 12the standard student).
On checking with customer care[protected] I was instructed to visit the passport sewa kendra without an appointment (as the website is not allowing me) as I had only made 1 cancellation as per their records and they will do the needful.
Based on this I visited the Trippunithura passport Kendra on 17th March 2022. However they refused entry and said to make a complaint to enquiry.[protected]@gmail.com or rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in
Aleady rpo cochin replies to me stating that they have nothing to do with this.
