I booked an appointment for today when I reached there they told me my name is not on there list i have to go to passport seva kendra which was wrong information cause my location in the letter was for regional centre, then they made me wait for a while and stated it might have gotten cancelled which I got no information for or email for. I just wanted to cancel my application which for no reason has been put on hold. Kindly do this issue...

Good Morning !!

I am Neeraj Negi, I live in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. We have a Passport Seva Kendra in roorkee Post office, Civil Lives Roorkee, 247667.

I applied for my mother's and father's passports and made an appointment after waiting for 2 months on 8.Sept.2022. My parent's ages are above 50 years. They are Senior citizens.

When I applied for their passport it seemed there was some mistake in the education field instead of adding “7th pass and less” it got “10th and above”.

We had an appointment on 3.Nov.2022. It's Sad the roorkee PSK didn't check this and even didn’t ask for a high school certificate if it was written mistakenly.

My parents are senior citizens they didn't recognize this and Roorkee PSK forwarded this application to Police Verification.

So till this time, both applications was having this mistake of “High school and above” instead of 7th and less.

We got a call from Police verification and the verification was okay as we had all the documents from Address proof to Id proof.

But from Police verification, they told as we need a high school certificate as written in the application. I called the Passport helpline they told me that we don’t ask for any education documents if the applicate age is above 50 years old and they come under non-ECR automatically.

Besides this police, verification didn't go well. I have been told to contact Dehradun Regional office. Since then I tried to call at “[protected] “ 100th times no one picked up the call.

Its very frustrating and also I added it on Twitter no response from RPO Dehradun. This is the reason I am faxing this with my Father and Mother File no. I request you kindly check this matter and fix this and process our passport application.

My mother's health is not soo good to come there and my father already took 2 days' leave for all this.

Sir, i apply for fresh passport on 4 th april online and my application was failed but my mo ey es deducted from my bank through upi mode...and still almost one month but not refund...

then i again apply with Netbanking then application done sucessfuly in second attmpt..

Dialed this number [protected], today morning 10:19 am, 7 february 2020. The person who is responsible for attending calls to this number is very rude and did not even listen to the problem of me related to the passport query. He didnt even allowed me to speak. The way he was talking was really uneducated. How these kind of people even get work to work here. I have the call recording of his way of talking. If he did not want to listen to the public problem related to passport only, then for what he is sitting there

I request kindly to the dehradun rpo administrative officer to make him understand how to talk to the people and make him understand his duty responsibly & fully.

I completed all the formalities for passport application on 29 january 2019 by visiting psk, roorkee. I was told i would get my passport within 15 or 20 days.
It has been three months from then but i have not received my passport till now.
The status tracker shows that the police verification report was submitted on 07 february 2019 to the rpo, dehradun for review but the file is still stuck there. The passport...

Have submitted application for passport on 28/12/2018 at Post Office Passport Seva Kendra Rudrapur and my police verification was also done within few days. After waiting for 2 months I checked my status by calling at helpline no:- [protected], I came to know that police verification report is still under process.
I require my passport on time as I have to go Abroad for A Student Exchange Programme.

So kindly make sure I get my passport issued on time.

Pls update what is the issue for being late in process.
I have confirmed from sp office naintal that they have sent sofiya naaz's verification report to passport office dehradun but there is no further process showing as mentioned above.

I applied for my new passport in november and after track it down through online it has mentioned that it accepted at 14 of november everything has done but i still didn’t not receive my passport.

Hi,

I have applied for tatkal passport for which i need 3 out of 13 listed documents, pan card is one of them, as i need some correction in my pan card i have applied for it through nsdl, in response of which i received digital copy on my registered e-mail id. Which is equally valid as per income tax department.

But now passport seva kendra is not accepting it they need physical pan card. I just want to confirm, why digital pan card option is available if it is not valid?

I haven't received my passport yet. Police verification has been done about 2 months ago. They have send it back to the passport office. From then there has been no change in my status of passport. As i m not staying in dehradun it is not possible to reach the office by myself. The helpline number is also not responding i have called about 100 times. My file no is - dd01c[protected]

I want to state that my daughter passport by the name of zynah with file number
Dd01c[protected] and d. O. B:- 18/11/2016 has not been delivered yet as the our file was submitted in dehradun passport office on 28/6/2018 and the police verification was done on 12/7/2018 and was sended back by the kiccha police station to dehradun passport on 16th of july
From 12th of july to till date 19 days has pass but the status of passport is showing under verification of police.
As for the query i visited to the kiccha police station for the verification status has been send or not but they gave me a clean chit of sending the verification to your passport office
So i kindly request you to please make my daughter passport dispatch asap because i need to take her to dubai to meet her mom

On the date 25th feb 2017 at 11:00 am i had made payment for passport fee of my sister in law mrs. Bhawana bhatt (Passport no. P7452116).
My first payment was failed so i made it again via my debit/atm card of kurmanchal nagar sahkari bank ltd. A/c no. [protected] but again it was failed. Finally the payment for the fee of above passport paid through other sbi account and passport was made.

On the date 9th of march 2017 payment of inr 1500/- was failed but the money was deducted from my sbi account no [protected] branch pithoragarh, ifsc 0000700 and till today 27/9/2017 it is not refunded as per my knoledge. Details as under

10 march 2017 at this date liu rishikesh reject my inquery because i am not present in rishikesh last 1 year. So by the rule of passport liu reject my query and said me a latter come from passport office in 1 month in which i mention the my previous address where i live before for study so now 2 month (6 may 2017) are went but no other information come from passport office. So please dont be delay, do it as soon as possible.
