Myself Mohammad Akbar Shamsi applied for passport on 18/10/2017.my passport file number is GZ[protected]. police verification also approved. But by mistake our passport agent filled place of birth wrong.he filled Saharanpur in place of Najibabad. Actually my place of birth is Najibabad-but I left Najibabad in early age. My permanent address is Gote Shah Chowk, Saharanpur 247001 (Uttar Pradesh) according to my aadhar card, voting card, therefore I request you to approved my passport as soon as possible.
