Passport Office Guwahati — using of disturbing language by the officers

The officers at passport office guwahati used disturbing language to address me when i visited the passport office. They acted as if they are irritated and do not want to speak with me. They do not have the minimum etiquette to speak and behave towards the applicants. I felt very humiliated when the officer spoke in a aggressive and violent manner to me.
