I had finished my passport verification at ameerpet passport centre on 5th january 2022 . My file number is HY[protected] . I dint get any information regarding police verification, its been 20 days and i have to apply for my higher studies abroad so it is very important to have my passport as soon as possible . I keep on checking track my application status, but it is showing " your passport is under review at Regional passport office." Hoping a speedy response from the passport office .

Hello applied for passport on[protected] at Passport office Begumpet, Police verification is done on 1 jan 2022 and got a message that police has submitted clear report for your current address on 3 jan 2022, but still now the passport is not dispatched and in the status showing as police verification report is under review at regional passport office . Tried to contact the RPO HYDERABAD but they do not lift the calls and do not respond, mailed the pblm to RPO OFFICE SECUNDERABAD but still there is no response, there is a emergency need for the passport but they are not responding it’s been 11 days but still there is no response and status is also not changed . My file num is given this HY[protected] please solve the issue, there is emergency need of passport

Today I have visited to passport office where the agents were talking so rudely look this is not the right way to talk we are paying for the service the lady who is sitting over their was so rude I already paid online 1500/- again that lady forced me to pay 400/- you need to hire professional persons looks like all the govt offices have hired to stupid people you can check with my phone number +91 [protected] the details of that lady.

1) This APO did not know english to communicate. didn't understand any process.
2) I applied for my daughter passport and wanted my name to be added to my daughter's passport. The Tolichok APO after completing all A, B C validation said it is not possible with out any proofs. all validation like parents passport and other is complete except Birth certificate. I again went to them with Birth certificate, but this time I have given my passport to British High commission for visa. now without my original passport APO is not approving it. I had submitted all the copies of the relevant document and originals, but the second time, I did not have my passport (Father) in hand. When all the validation is done and my copy of the passport is submitted, why are they not processing. They will have access to the passport details sitting in passport office she is demanding originals when she can see it in the data base. I am flying to UK immediately after I receive passport with Visa stamping and that is in Chennai. Now I have to send the passport to Hyderbad and get this done. She keeps repeating I want originals I want originals.

I recently visited the passport office at Ameerpet, Hyderabad. We were very hurt with the staff at counter C. They were talking in Malyalam, thinking that we do not understand. They said "these people don't know anything and come and wast our time". I understand that the general public may not know many things about the passport office procedures and I can understand the staff may be under so many pressures, but insulting the customers is not ethical and is very rude. Apart from that, they helped in clearing out doubts. Please don't consider this as a complaint but a reminder of being courteous.

Sir, i am facing the below problem during my passport renewal application procedure as ... The status of the entered File Number is not available in the system.

The following passport holder Sunkara Anil kumar passport number is J3547840.Who is holding Two cases of Domestic violence 498a and Maintanance cases in the Respective courts of Ranga Reddy 3rd metropollitian court.I am attaching the passport copy and case details.Please Dont renewal his passport.It is due for renewal on 07/03/2021.Thank you.

13th august 2020 i attended passport sevakendra, tolichowk for renewal of passport. I got new passport within a week. No is u4792882.
On the same day i paid rs 600/- for green color bag. Till date i have not received. Please check cctv and records, whether i paid to correct person.

Dear sir/madam,

I applied for the passport in the[protected] at passport office shahibabad, ghaziabad. The file number is gz[protected].

But local thana police verification done on dt[protected]. After police verification my application is pending at the end of sp office ghaziabad from a long time. The status at the site of passport office is "police report has been submitted by your respective thana and is under review at sp office, district ghaziabad."

Therefore i request you to please help me getting my application released from the sp office ghaziabad since this causing unwanted delay.

Today(21/11/19), a person sitting on counter 22(round 1) 11:15 to 11:30 am(begumpet passport service) misbehaved with my mother. How can someone be appointed who don't know how to behave with a women and doesnot know any language except telugu.
I request you to take action against this kind of pathetic and ##.
I also request to the recruitment committee to take measures before appointing such kind of people and to see whether people recruited have basic and minimum manners to behave with a women
I hope my words may be taken seriously

I got the passport yesterday (17-oct-2019) though speedpost where as my passport cover is not delivered. I purchased the passport cover worth rs: 400/- at passport seva kendra, ameerpet location. I tried to contact them through customercare services but there is no response. I am requesting you to send the passport cover to my address.

I booked online Fresh Tatkal option for my new born baby at Khammam centre . But after reaching centre in Hot summer morning on appointment schedule, my kid details were not updated to them . Thr reason given by your staff was that no Tatkal option available at their centre.
I called customer care and RPO also . But I got no reply .
The staff asked me to pay again and book under Normal category . I lost my working day and also made doubke payment for passport
Wjen there is no Tatkal option, why did you diaplay the Khammam centre name under Tatkal category?

This incident is of 31 jan 2019.
Staff at parking lot of begumpet passport office, hyderabad are charging rs 50/- per hour for car parking... Usually it takes a minimum of 2-3 hours in making the passport... Hence, they are charging at least 100-150 rs from each person.
Moreover, they do not give any printed receipt for parking... Instead, they give a white blank slip, on which they just write the timing at which the vehicle...

I applied for passport in july, when i am submitting application form online i am not married. When i went for passport office for document verification on scheduled slot i am married. I submitted my marriage certificate in passport office in my passport my spouse name is printed with 2 letters extra.
His actual name is "madan mohan rao" but printed as "madhan mohana rao". Passport no. S3362494. Without changing passport is there any way to correct it.
I initiated visa stamping so need it immediately filled ds-160 and submitted with current passport no.

I syed sardar ali, residing in hyderabad, had applied for my passport renewal, passport number: a2105369 dated 04/10/1996. File # hy[protected].. My passport had corrections of my date of birth and my qualification details. I was asked to submit court order. Court order # os. No. 809 of 2015 which was also submitted on dated 21st june 2017, but was refused by the passport officer asking me to provide birth certificate. Unfortunately, i do not have my birth certificate. I only have my ssc certificate to validate my date of birth and this was also confirmed by the court to change my date of birth. But was refused at the passport office secunderabad. Please do the needful and guide me through.

Some people in passport office building (Begumpet- Gowra) parking area are charging parking fee without receipt (which is illegal - Unauthorised Charges) and when asked they are talking very rude and says their management asked them to collect the fee. Assume, there would be min of 500 cars daily., if they collect 30rs from each car 30*500= 15000/day= which is 4.65Lakhs per month. All this is black money. I request you to please take strict action against these culprits
