I applied for Police Clearance letter on 24-Mar-2009 file NO:M006163, which required for South Africa Dependent visa.Still now i didn't received my passport and police Clearance letter.every week i am visting Hyderabad Passport Office for status and checking the site regularly.in the site it is showing "Police Report has not been received." and when i visit PRO in Hyd passport office he is saying that everything is clear and u can expect the passport and PCC wint in one week, from past one month i am waiting, still now i didnt receive.

Dear Sir,

I ( Gouri Kumar Mangapuram) applied for my passport on 5th Feb 2008. I confirm that my data of birth is 15th Nov 1953.

At the time of applying for this passport I did not mention about my previous application which I made in 2006. Unfortunately due to missing of some documents in postal service in my previous application, I could not get my passport at that time.

Because of this, I came to know that my present passport application was held.On hearing this information, I send the penalty of Rs 1000/- along with the details about my previous application.

The DD details of penalty.

But I did not get my passport yet. I visited Regional Passport office, Hyderabad on 7th May 2008 to know the status and accelerate my application. But I came to know that Passport office people did not update about my penalty details .I came to know from postal department that my registered post with the penalty and explanation details has been received by Regional Passport Office at Hyderabad. I made another request by an application to accelerate my passport issue. I tried to call passport office, I could not get any information.

I, Iqbal Singh residing at 4-1-103, Hanuman Tekdi, GPO, have applied for the renewal of passport on[protected] and after a couple of months there was a call from the police dept at my house and enquired about my avalability ans was told that they will come to my house for verification the subsequent day but the police never turned up and after a few days when we enquired about the status at passport verification cell at Saifabad we were told that the applicant was not residing at the address, which shocked me.Later on when I asked them what was the further course of action I was told to submit the PP (personal particular) forms which I duly submitted on[protected], and upon enquiry we were told to submit PP forms .I submitted the PP forms for the second time and after waiting for a month or so I enquired and again the same status was showing and then I came to know of the passport adalat and I attended the passport adalat and was told to submit the PP forms and for the third time again I submitted the PP forms.I am anxiuosly for the renewed passport.
I therefore request your kind offices to kindly do the needful at the earliest and send me my passport.

How to go for online registration for tatkal. Where the Tatkal quota will appear on the application form. It is only showing Hyderabad-Tatkal does it mean we have only Hyderabad-Tatkal only not regular one

I have registered sucessfully but due to some reason iam not available on the appointment date so can i change the date.

we applied tatkal service passport renewal hyti 00604510 it is not given conformation date.

The online issue of appoinment date with print out FORMAT has failed many honest citizens. I cannot leave other work and work on the PC full days for many weeks. I am given to understand that this software has been developed by one of the leading MNC of India( believe TCS ), charged the govt BIG BUCKS in CRORES! The whole system has failed us. we have NO FAITH in the Ministry of External Affairs (are they involved is some other AFFAIRS!!) and doing sweet **** ***. This is just NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Our money should be refunded - when TATKAL system does not issue /send renewed passports in THREE DAYS as mentioned in the Scheme. Senior Citizens and MOST DISNGUISHED CITIZENS like us MUST be given our Renewed passports in shortest possible time (Min ONE HOUR - when there is NO change in the past information, and our TWO passports of past have been renewed earlier.
How are we expected to meet urgent dead-lines.

I am Chinnaiah Dasari my Fille No is A094142, applied for the passport on 16.08.2007, and submitted PP Form and affidavit on 03.06.2008 and had the police verification on 19.06.2008. Before 25 days I went to Regional Passport Office of Hyderabad and enquired for my passport and they said every thing is ok, you will get your passport around 10-15 days " . After somany days I received on 14.08.2008 which mentions to pay penalty of Rs. 5000 and penalty and asking for I think texplanation. hey are not updated my records and simply followed up One year expire procedure in my case. Getting passport really became a struggle to me being honest. I hope that you to consider this complaint seriously.

Actually i applied passport at vijayawada on 29-june-2009 and when the police enquiry has done i was not there. after applying of my passport i got a job at hyderabad and i came to hyd. i received a letter from RPO stating that you shouldgive reply to the RPO. I went to RPO and enquired at RPO and i have given PP form with address proof.
and second time my enquiry completed successfully and later 10 days i received a letter stating that to pay penalty towards the supression of adress Rs 5000/-

actually i need clarification that how to pay penalty it should be either cash or DD
Please give me the confirmation urgent please

How come i know my report is clear and according to the Law of MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS A candidate should get his passport within 45days of submission, or if there is any other issues then the maximum duration is 90Days. But coming to me it's been nearly 4 Months and still i didn't receive my passport.

I am Uday Bhaskar Uppala, applied for the Passport in the year 2007 from my permanent address Vijayawada with a File No—A[protected] on 18/Oct/2007. At the time when I applied for the passport, I was pursuing my Professional Degree MBA, at “Magnus School of Business” in Hyderabad. I had mentioned my college address as my present address in the passport application form. The police enquiry was done at my permanent address, Vijayawada. But due to some mis-communication the police enquiry has not done at present address Hyderabad. So I have received a letter from the passport office stating that “I am not residing at the present address”.

I had submitted my PPF forms with the required documents in the passport office for several times. I have also attended “LOKE ADDALAT” to get my passport, but I have found no improvement in my case. I came to know that after being completion of one year we can again apply for fresh passport. So, I have applied again for fresh passport on 3/Oct/2008, with a File No—A[protected], stating my permanent and present address as Vijayawada in the application form. This time also the police Enquiry was done, but I failed to get my Passport.

I was not given information of applying for the passport for the second time with the previous “File No”. With out having proper information I have applied for the Second time. I was neither received “First” nor “Second” passport.

I have also paid the fine of Rs. 1000/- on 8-April-09, for re-applying the passport. But still now there is no action from your end and was not updated in the passport status page, same mess was being displayed since last 2 months.

So, kindly take the necessary action and please close my issue as soon as possible.

It is great to see the arrangements made to collect the passport applications at several centers from several geographical points for the convenience of the applicants.

I went through your website and reached Saifabad traffic police station, opposite to IMAX to submit my application for renewal.

To my surprise there was notice saying only “applications for fresh passport only” (no renewals etc…) will be accepted with “DDs only” (fee not accepted in cash) and the applicant falls in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad city police commissioner only between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM

I went to Khairtabad PO to try my luck but in vain. The first “kind” reply at the desk was that we are not taking the passport applications.
