Dear sir,
This is sathyam reddy kunduru and i stay in canada. I applied for pcc at high commission of india, ottawa on 3rd july 2017. This pcc is needed for applying security clearance in canada. My passport number is h0209255. But recently i got an update from high commission of india that my pcc is not done and the reason is not conveyed. Please let me know the reason for my pcc rejection. And i have waited 7 days to get refund of my money but my money not refunded

Dear Team,

As per last Passport Rule, Birth certificate is not mandatory for passport application .
Actually due to some rectification issue I have submitted my Birth certificate to concern Barahanagar Municipality .
Today I have submitted my Birth certificate xerox copy and Admit Card xerox copy of Secondary Examination .

So kindly help to look into the matter .

Today[protected], I went to PSK Ameerpet to apply for a Issue of New Passport. TCS Employee who work in the A7 counter should have min patience and listen to the people, they have the time to chit chat and have snacks in the mean time, but when it comes to people they don't even have a minute of wasting there time and also threatening the people . If they are frustrated in doing their routine job, its better to quit, such that other person can get an opportunity.

Govt employees who work in the B and C counters have more patience than these guys and they clearly explains the documents which are required and listens to us very patiently.

I had applied for passport on dated 03.07.2007 and enclosed all required documents but till to date i have not receive my passport

It is brought to your kind notice that

1.The renewal procedure on online under " Aadhar Verfication", the UDI Aadhar is not validating for their techncal reasons. Many complaints sent by all for this inconcenience but in vain.

2. For renewal procedure no.1. The soft copy was downloaded and uploaded with details. But it is not accepting Aaadhar Number mentioned in the form.But is also asking " Aadhar card validty" where that provision is not in soft copy downloaded.

We could not avail the opportunity to avail the on line facility for passport.

We therefore request you to kindly provide alternative to validate aadhar to be validated.

I received a message saying "thank you for applying with utiisl. Your pan card with no. Bwepg9944e is dispatched on 20/07/2016 by registered post. Please visit www.utiitsl.com"
I have not received my pan card so far. Though the tracking status shows that it has been dispatched i have not yet received it. Please ensure that i receive my pan card as soon as possible. Also i want to know the cause for this delay.

This happened to be the incident of 9th June 2016 when i went to passport office in regards to the passport issue that i have to get the solution( Secunderabad - Telangana State).
Never i came across such a lady Superintendent (Palepogu Udaya Lakshmi) who behaves as if she is talking to slaves and not to the people who came for a solution in regards to their passport queries and issues. Being a highly qualified person and doing a professional job does not mean that she thinks others are inferior to her and talk in a rude & harsh way which disappoints people.For every simple question that i asked for clarification from her, i got harsh and rude answers from her which is not at all acceptable in this professional world.
Also she has received an award last year for being the Best Granting Officer from Ministry of External Affairs which is a kind of a shame.It should have been the Best Granting Officer for talking in a rude and harsh way instead of providing a solution.I hope this complaint will be addressed by Ashwini Sattaru (Regional Passport Officer - Hyderabad) on a serious note and further action will be taken from her end on priority.

Hello Sir/Madam, I have been applied for a normal passport for my mother(File no: HY[protected], the appointment was on 15 October2015 and that day she went there with all required documents but that day they said to her to bring affidavit of marraige certificate and they only resheduled that appointment on 10 November2015 .Again she went to the passport office with all the documents this time they told that the date of birth on aadhar card and the affidavit of birth are different so bring the affidavit which showing the same date of birth as on Aadhar card.If any documents needed they should tell us on firstday itself and they should ask for the next appointment date and also they are resheduling appointments with gap of 10-25 days.I need my passport at the mid november so i applied it on first week of october but they extended my appointment to 23 november, not sure they are going to issue passport on that day.So i would like to request you that try to setup next appointment as early as possible because they should go for visa on or before 5 December and you can check that appointment details on below attached images.I hope that you will resolve this problem as early as possible, i appreciate your help.
