Passport Office Lucknow — Delay in processing of passport File no. - LKL[protected]

File no. - LKL[protected]
My document verification was completed and an acknowledgment slip was generated on[protected]. Since then, the status has been showing "Passport application is put on hold at RPO for the following reason: Document Re-submission Required. Please visit passport office ONLY if you are called to do so through letter OR Email". However, no information has been communicated regarding the resubmission of documents. I also registered a grievance but no action has been taken till now. It's already been a month and my application is still on hold.
