Passport Office Ludhiana — Payment not received but my account debit 1500, Rs and refund it

Sir /mam i have filled a online passport form from passport seva website and i have done online payment through debit card and after that it was showing payment not paid and then i wait for 2 more days but it was showing payment not done. i request you to please do fast to refund my money so that i can continue with my passport process.
