Passport Office Mumbai — I'm complaining about PCC

My PCC appointment was on 8th July, my police verification was done on 30th July, I asked the police official why the process is delayed He said my file was sent to another Police Station finally the verification was done on 30th July, after that there's no update about the same . I've checked status update on passport website please help It's Urgent
