Passport Office Pune — not getting any updates on pcc application.

I had submitted by pcc application on 06/11/2017. Since then my application status is "pcc application has been granted on 08/11/2017. Pcc needs to be collected from the regional passport office. The applicant would receive an e-mail/sms once the pcc is ready for collection."

My application was granted under "no verification required". I am not getting any updates on this. Customer care is saying your pcc is already granted and when i visited pune psk apo1 told me that the respective officer is on leave so you may need to reapply and again wait.

I really need this pcc asap. I may miss my opportunity because of this.
