Hi,

I applied for my passport on last month, now it's more than 1 month and my passport is not received to me. From may day online status of application shown as "police verification report for passport application is under review at the regional passport office. Passport will be dispatched after police verification report is found clear, subject to granting. The applicant would receive an sms/e-mail once the passport is dispatched."

Where my application get stuck. I have tried to call regional office many times but no one replied.

Police verification was being done on 19.06.2018 where all the verified documents were submitted.
It’s been around three weeks my passport status tracker is showing same status that police verification is pending. Please look into the matter so that this process gets complete and I receive my passport as soon as possible.
I will be highly obliged if this issue gets resolved soon.

I am poonam kotkar student of b. Ed gokhle education society (2012/2013), m. Ed dy patil college (2013/2014). I did not get my scholarship till now. My name is already mentioned on the site of sanaj kalyan vibhag but my scholarship is not provide. I did not get scholarship from b. Ed, m. Ed. I am not rich family. My father work hard for submit my fee in college. Its is very difficult and hard task for my family so it is my humble request to you please help me and provide me scholarship that it will help me in my study.

After receiving notification from passport office - vadgaon dhairy post office has failed to deliver the passport, basic communication from post office is to inform the receiver, my family members are running every time to post office to find out status where as the post office site shows that the passport has been received by vadgaon dhairy post office in their custody.

I have applied for fresh passport for a minor on 23.3.18 police verification done on 2.5.18 but still file is pendina at commissioner office can you please help me to clear same or please let me know where to visit to get it clear as alreasy 2month is passed for passport application file no pn16c[protected] hrudika lichade

Hi,

This is regarding Service Request:[protected], which I have requested to passport office.

I am Amit Agrawal from Pune.I have requested for re-issue of passport in the month of March 2018 and then I had appointment with Passport office, Pune

I got new passport on[protected].But I had below 2 concern regarding passport which I have got:

1.Photo quality is not good.

2.In Address, City "Pune" should be present only one time.But it is displaying 2 times.

I have called to customer care also and they told me that please contact with passport office.So I have emailed to "rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in" regarding this concern and they replied me to call on "[protected]/422"

I have tried to call them so many times and no one picking my call.

Please do the needful for me.

Dear respected sir / madam,

On 26th march, i applied for passport renewal in the ghorpadi passport office, pune.

On 3rd april 2018, i recieved a message and a mail from your team, stating that my passport has been dispatched
With file no.: & tracking no.: pp[protected]in.

But till date i have not recieved it. Even i am unable to track it down from via speed post tracking number given to me.

Even police verification process is completed and clear report was messaged to me.

I raised this concern with the speed post office, but they replied back saying that they have physically not received my passport and asked me to reach out regional passport office.

I will be really grateful if you can please get it cross verified.

I am required to go to out of country for some professional commitments for which i need to apply for visa by next week.

I have cleared my pcc on 16 th of this month but my status is showing pcc application is reviewed at regional passport office. As i have to go to kuwait for work. I had submitted by pcc application on 06/11/2017. Since then my application status is "pcc application has been granted on 08/11/2017. Pcc needs to be collected from the regional passport office. The applicant would receive an e-mail/sms once the pcc is ready for collection."

My application was granted under "no verification required". I am not getting any updates on this. Customer care is saying your pcc is already granted...

A very good morning to you.

I am ananya choudhury serving as a project engineer at cdac pune (R&d wing under goi).

Hereby i come to bring to notice about the inconvenience faced while seeking passport.

I needed my passport on an urgent basis as i need to travel to netherlands (Maastricht university, maastricht) for my phd related work. As such i applied for tatkal scheme on 15th october and got an appointment for 16th october.

After initial document verification (Address proof, noc, and vigilence clearance/verification certificate provided by cdac, and other documents), i was asked to take another appointment as i did not carry the oroginal rent agreement.

I got an appointment for 17th october. At that day, the apo said the verification provided by cdac cannot be accepted as i am a contractual employee. Also, a police verification needs to be done and passport can only be dispatched after that.

Now, its been 7days, and still i did not receive my passport. What is the benefit of tatkal scheme then. I paid full money for it. As per goi sytems for tatkal passport dispatch, the the passport is given on a pre police verification scheme. But why such inconvenience faced at rpo office and why they redefine the system?

To add on that when i went to my local police station for enquiring into the verification process. I was said a lame sentence like "aap tatkal ka fee wahan na deke yahan de dete to abtak apko passport mil chuka hota". I guess its quiet understandable what he meant by this.

Now since my passport seems to arrive (As per them) anytime in next one month. This seems to be not possible. Its extremely disappointing seeing the way we are treated at rpo and local police station. I have been to the rpo office twice and thrice to the police station, yet no one seems to do anything about it. Ts extremely disappointing seeing the way we are treated. I am mr. Atul karande have submitted the passport renewal on 20th june at vs[censored]mal hammam but still couldn't get passport. My police verification has done at my local place in pune & report send to concern office before a month but no still feedback. I send lots of mail for follow up as well as calls & it's all 3 months late. I will take this delay on higher levels.

I visited to indian embassy they given me mail id but still i consider its your internal process & the charges are taken from me as processing fees.

My humble request is to take follow-up from your side so i get passport earlier as i have to go on urgent medical leave so my schedule will come in frame. I have visited to indian embassy twice a time but all delays from pune.

It's a urgent need.

I applied for passport at psk pune on 2-8-2017 file no pn[protected]. After that i got police verification process done on 26th august 2017 at police station, swargate pune. Then also they are saying that they will visit my home after 10 to 11 days. 21 days of police verification has already been passed. And i'm getting my status as phsical police verification pending.
It's getting delayed. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

As for the car insurance RC book is necessary, without which insurance cannot be done I was waiting for my RC book to be delivered at my house. Its alomst a year now I have not recieved it.
I went to my nearest Mohammad Wadi Post office, Pune. where I asked for my RC book status I got an answer that it is not with us. We dont know where it is, our system has updated we dont have any records.
Then they said it must be with GPO or with RTO. Almost for a month I kept visiting to GPO Office then RTO and Mohammad wadi PO. Both of them kept saying it is not with us check with RTO. I went to RTO they said its with the Post office only we donot have it with us coz as per our system records it has not been returned to us.
I finally logged a compalint against Mohammad Wadi Post office.Now waiting for my query to be resolved.
Would like to mention at this PO one old man sitting at the desk is very rude. None of the staff was ready to look for my records and every time they had an answer we dont have any records with us. Our system has been upgraded.Almost for 6 - 7 times I kept going there, but i was not provided with any definite answer.
I am wondering where has my RC book gone.No body there is ready to help me. People are so unpleasent there and not ready to even listen to my problem.
If they are government employees then they should atlest be ready to help us. I am very disappointed with the atmosphere there. What a pathetic service. No one is even bothered about any customer visiting at that Post Office.
