Passport Office Pune — Verification done on 16-Dec-23 but no status update

Address: MIDC Bhosari, Pimpri, Pune

My wife passwort renewal has been applied and verificaton for PN[protected] has been done on 16-Dec-23 at Bhosari MIDC police station. But status is still showing report as below
Police Verification has been initiated and a request has been sent to Bhosari MIDC Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad. Passport will be dispatched after a 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received. The applicant would receive an e-mail/sms once the passport is dispatched.
It is almost 3 ago verification done but still report not submitted.
