Passport Office Ranchi — Issue in renewal for file no. RC[protected]

Hi Team,

I have submitted request for renewal of my passport. As per the latest status, Police verification report is not clear and application is under review at regional passport office. I checked with Joraphokhar police station, as per them they have cleared it. And as i have applied along with my wife and daughter, for them the new passport has been issued and arrived as well. So not sure why for the same address, my verification is not clear. the file number is : RC[protected]. Date of birth:[protected]. I am trying to call Ranchi RPO but it is always busy.
