I HAVE ALREADY SEND THE REQUEST APPLICATION FROM REGESTERED POST ABOVE SAYING MATTER AND ALSO REQUEST TO RESEND POLICE VARIFICATION TO OUR NEW MAILING ADDRESS_WHERE I AM STAY LAST 10 MONTHS PRABHU PRASAD C/o MIG 88, PHASE 1, NEAR DUSHERA MAIDAN, R.P.NAGAR, KOSABADI, KORBA, C.G., 495677, M-[protected], [protected], [protected] IREQUESTED TO YOU PL ARRANGE POLICE VARIFICATION TO MY MAILING TOWN

With reference to file no: RC01C[protected]. date of Birth: 12/04/1993, I have not received my passport even after more than 2 months. I queried on the phone helpline, then they told that the verification report have not been submitted by Dhanbad police. But, my verification have been done both by Police and CID, more than a month ago. Pls solve my problem soon.

Respected Sir, I was filled the application form online on 19.04.2014 at 03:21PM and paid the application fee of Rs. 1500 only. I have got the verification date on 24.04.2014 at 12:30PM which was changed as 24.04.2014 at 11:00AM. Due to high fever and cold I was not present myself on the scheduled date and time. I want to present myself for verification at Passport Office, Ranchi but online I have not get the verification date. What can I do at present and what are the requirement for verification? Kindly help me for the above problem. my passport but i was shocked that holiday tour agency has rejected my passport. due to change in sex how its possible???? when i was physically present their and due to your mistake i missed my auspicious holiday tour

My police verification has been completed.
I have not received my passport even till date.from last month the status of my passport is "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time."

i have tried alot to get information about my passport by sending emails and phone calls,but no one is responding.
on checking in passport status it is shown that police verification not found and when i went to sp office dhanbad they told that nothing has come from passport office.please help me and tell me where is my passport whether it is in ranchi passport office or it is send from there to dhanbad s.p office for verification.

I am Neeraj Kumar.I have applied for passport in Oct, 2011 at Passport Office Ranchi.My file No. is RCH A030792. Police verification and CID verification have been done in early Dec 2011.
However, till now i didn't get my passport. Since I have been enquiring about the status of the passport but it gives the status of Police report has not been received.The Telephone Number provided in the official website is rarely being attended.


I want to know what is going on with my application. How long will it take.
So, I request you to please look into the matter.

sir my file no is RCH-A[protected] appiled on 17-10-11,
from one month status is showing police verification not received but as i have asked to local police station they have already sent it 20 days back ago.
when i am calling numbers regarding status inquiry then nobody is there to response as i have tried all the given numbers many times,ring is going there,please respond!
as i have lost my second chance to go on abroad program from our university.
these guys are creating ha-voc and playing drama.
normal citizens have a lot of problem and any how if we are getting any chance than these guys are ruining it.
com-on do ur job perfectly i have paid for it and so govt. is paying u.
please respond to calls and keep one thing in ur mind "INCOMING IS NOT CHARGED IN INDIA IT'S FREEEEEEEEEEEEE".

My name is Shashank Shekhar. I applied for my passport probably on 4th Dec 2009. Now my police verification and the CID verification has been completed. When I go to the official website I see that the file has been closed and I need to apply for the passport once again mentioning the previous application number. One thing I would like to share that my application was closed while the CID verification was about to happen. Because I checked with the local Police station in Dhanbad and they said that the CID verisifcation is left however the police report has already been submitted to the passport office. God knows how much time will it take for the passport officer to relaease the same as its really important for me as of now because my admission is even pending in MBA because of that.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT ..... I think the best option could be asking the official through RTI.

Here Rajnish Kumar Kaushal from Jamshedpur,As per the call received by my Brother they Advice me to send a letter rejection letter, with dual respect it not my fault, So, why I will preferred to reject my Passport .While I have Applied for Passport on 19feb2010 I was Studying in bangalore, I was not a permanent Resident of there and know also I am working in Vellore as a Industrial Trainee it is a part of our study I am not a permanent Resident of there also. I am permanent Resident of Jamshedpur Only and accordingly I have provided my document Like Bank Statement, Voter id, Mark sheet of Jamshedpur & bonafied certificate for where I was studying. Since, I have applied for passport on 19/02/10 from feb to july I was studying in bangalore but there no one came for verification from passport office ,so how is it my fault kindly let me know and I want to apply my passport from Jamshedpur only because after completing my 1 Year training from vellore. I will return back to my home town Jamshedpur as I have mentioned I am a permanent resident of Jamshedpur.

So, Kindly advice me what should I do for that, as I am a permanent resident of JAMSHEDPUR.

I have applied for the passport on 21-Jan-10 from Bokaro Steel City (Jharkhand). The police varification has been done in March -10 but when I tried to get the current status I found that even after 5 months of police verification the status is same as "Police Report has not been received". I had applied for a new passport (File Reference Number : RCH-W[protected], but i am yet to receive my passport.

Dear Madam/Sir,

I wish to bring in your notice that my wife applied for a new passport with Ranchi Passport Office on December 14, 2009 with file reference no. A029896. For the last 3 1/2 months the "passport status" showing Police Report has not been received". Her police inquiry (Thana) was done some 3 months ago but the CID inquiry has not been carried out till date.

May I request your good offices to intervene so that passport can be issued at the earliest as she need her passport urgently.
