Hello sir,
I have applied for my passport in june 30th 2016 in nashik passport office and police verification enquiry has been done on 22nd july. However we didn't recieve any updates on this till date. I am not finding any status in online enquiry site. Could you please enquire on the same and do the needful. Below are the application details:

I was unable to reach on the appointment date & now I want to re-fix the appointment for which I have required the registered E-mail Id which I have been used at the time of First Appointment, The problem is that I have been forgotten the password of my registered E- mail Id please help me to re schedule the appointment.
