Patanjali Mega Store — overcharging / misbehaving / unprofessional | |||||
We have today visited one of the patanjali mega store in gp block pitam pura (Vvk enterprises) where mr ankit aggarwal store manager and the big guy in his words met and aksum for 5% extra on sodexo vouchers and after shopping couple of items he denied to accept the sodexo vouchers with the stament that its his wish wether he wants to accept or not // when we asked the written proof that he can’t accept sodexo mel coupons he denied and even misbehaved and given the statement that he is the only authority who can decide wither they can accept it or not!!! When i asked him his area head no he said no area head is there and and he cannot accept sodexo just like he cannot accept dollar!!! What the hell??? Is this the way of treating customers??? This is newly open outlet in fact and now i found the reason of less footfall there which is surely going to decrease to zero in upcoming days!!! I need clarity and action on. Slow mentioned points 1) why your employees are over charging customers?? Have u given permission to them for asking bribe??? 2) is there any process of short listing the franchise owner in your organisation or u also just take bribe and give franchisees to all such unprofessional people?? 3) why i have been suffered because of your unethical hold on your employees or network? What action you r going to take against that store and against ankit aggarwal 4) do i need to take any legal action for the such behaviour and over charging agaisntvthat outlet and patanjali??
