Had brought 250 gms of Honey, almost six months back from a local stores in Dharwad ( 580001 -Karnatakae).

However after 40% consumption of the product, I observed a thick60% paste of either sugar/ jaggery, at the bottom of the container, which contained the so called honey.

While I have already sent the pics of the same to the company (Patanjali) and also received a confirmation on the same, request you to kindly...

This is to address regarding the packaging issue of one of your product we used.
I have purchased patanjali ghee and the packaging is so poor. The can open doesn’t open properly. Me and one of my friend both have got hurt and our fingers got deep cuts while opening the can as the puller on the tin easily comes off when we give pressure to open and the sharp edges have always become dangerous. This has happened in earlier packages as well.

I had ordered products on 29.08.2023 under Order no. [protected] but there is no update as to when these goods will reach to me or where the goods are lying. I think I have lost my money. Please do the needful

I had placed this order a week ago & I haven't received the order yet of billing amount- Rs 1860, My Order ID is [protected]. The customer care numbers provided are wrong or no one picks up the calls. Please look into the matter & provide with delivery date. The medicines are for a patient & are urgent for treatment.

More then three months my stock is in my godown. Many time I request to your company's employee withdraw my stock and refund my stock value. But no one support me. Please help me.

I got contact no of Patanjali by online, mobile no is +[protected]Dr. Sachin from Patanjali Haridwar.
When i talked to Dr Sachin for appointment in patanjali, haridwar the he gave other contact no i.e +[protected]. Then i have taked him for appointment & he told me that you have to booking for at least 7 days for admission in pantanjali hardwar for treatment in patanjali & he told total charges including everything...

We went to patanjali store in janki nagar, indore
there were two people at the store. one was counting money and other was reading a news paper and did not want to get up and help us . we were try to buy milk biscuits and atta toast. he finally got up to help us but he was upset for getting up.
you should not have people working at the store if they do not want to help customer and rather read a news paper.

I am an Indian living in USA Wisconsin state.And as any other Indian I do use Ghee (clarified butter) in my daily food. We do believe that Ghee is a good source of having vitamins A and E and its a good alternative for oil, but while i am trying to keep my family healthy by selecting all good and branded products for them, I was shocked to see a FLY IN MY RECENTLY OPENED PATANJALI GHEE PACK.

Being a major brand, Patanjali has exported such low quality product without any quality check which not only could give us the health issues but has shaken up our religious sentiments( As we were using ghee for Navratri Food).

This is something not tolerable and hence i am conveying the same to FDA( Food and drug administration) of Wisconsin, so that no other Mom/wife/anyone has to have this unknowing compromise on health of their families.

I used patanjali "sampoorn traditional basmati rice" on 28apr2023. Invoice no.Ti2780aaa2324.
I cooked this as per instruction mention on pack.
But, i was suprised from this product as its worthless rice as per their pricing level.
There is.
-- no pleasant smell of basmati rice or we can say no smell.
--- no taste, , , nothing to feel pleasant as per pricing.
---- not rinse as per instruction mention...

The Ramdev baba's "order me" application is complete fraud. They take pre payment and don't deliver all the products . I ordered product worth 1105 rs and when the order was delivered it had 1 kg ghee missing which is 665 rs worth . Multiple calls and emails to the customer care and they don't intend to help. Everytime they ask the scripted questions ( order I'd, mail I'd, phone no ) and then put you on formality hold only to say that product was delivered .This went on for 22 days and now they have closed the case .They are simply cheated people. I ask share a proof of what you have sent me ? The consequences will not be good for this fraud company as we can take legal way to expose Ramdev baba and his employees.
Company is fraud and did not deliver product, forcefully closed case and ate 665 rs of mine.I want my refund of 665 rs

CYSTOGRIT DIAMOND" was needed for a cancer patient but delivered" CYSTOGRIT " to a lad neither any information nor any Cash Memo. But on next day refused to take back though offered option for "due slip" . Later on came to know of the unavailability of the required product

Yesterday I purchased a can of 500 g Cow ghee Bits Grocery (Indian store) located at Magnitor 6, Braunschweig, Germany.

It costed me 10.99 Euros

Unfortunately this ghee has no smell or taste of ghee. I am afraid if its either an expired one or a duplicate one. :(

I am regular customer of some Patanjali products. I purchased a Patanjali Honey of 1 ltr from Patanjali store, Aya Nagar, Delhi. When I opened and use the Honey, it was okay in taste at first but after using 90% of the honey, I noticed that rest 10% honey is looking like melted sugar and not in liquid state like Honey. Taste is also different. Every time I am facing the same issue with Patanjali Honey. I am sharing the photo of the product for your reference. Please check and confirm the originality of the product.

Yesterday I purchased 'Nutrela VITAMIN B12' medicine bottle from Patanjali store, Khajekalan, Patna City. And at home when I opened the bottle, I found it empty (i.e., no tablets was there, it was completely empty).
This is really surprising and at the same time it is completely not acceptable. Patanjali should check the packaging properly before delivering to the customers. However, I got another bottle of medicine from the same store. Please take action on the packaging before someone else also file a complaint for the same.

Immorally and illegally assisting first cry who had sold Patanjali bone tablets to us by hiding it's expiry date.

1. Still after categorically pointing out that Patanjali has been providing manipulated replies only every time just you to protect first cry who is selling their product at the cost of customers. Totally illegal and immoral, never expected from Patanjali which is conducted and owned by the Saint like person Shri Ramdev.
2. Why do they never reply and they are under legal obligation to have to reply where we have put allegation on first cry who had cheated us and Patanjali is helping them in their crime by not answering our specific questions but keeps beating about the bush.

3. .Q1. what is the last bash number and manufacturing date and expiry date of these bone tablets manufactured by Patanjali?

Q 2. What is the reason, these tablets are not advised to use after 24 months as printed on the box and bottle of these tablets? Why the expire after 24 months?

Refusal to reply with specific answer without any manipulation again will obviously mean, Patanjali ulterior motive to protect the culprit first cry and therefore Patanjali will also be equally liable to be prosecuted for keeping quiet for so long.

1 You have closed the ticket without providing specific answers to our specific questions. Why?
2. This way of closing the ticket evidently proves your favour and biased attitude to protect illegal trade practice of first cry who is selling your product.
3. You have purposely ignore the following two questions but provided manipulated reply to make everybody fool, which could only tarnish your name Patanjali for such a reply.
4. We asked you and you got to answer either direct to us or through media if you take up this matter to various social media, and ultimately to the consumer court who will also ask you, why clear answers were not provided but hidden by you through your suspicious silence and manipulated reply.
5. We asked-what is the last batch number and manufacturing date or month of this product of bone capsules. You never replied. Why?
6. You said, it expire after 24 months. Once this 24 months get over, it cannot be used. And if anybody try to sell after 24 months, he will be jailed to sell expired medicine.
7. It clearly proves, any medicine loses its power slowly and gradually everyday. Otherwise why all of a sudden, it becomes worthless to use, the moment 24 months are over. Nobody can deny this fact. But you are denying this fact to protect first cry who are selling your products.

1. Same stereo type reply bye Patanjali, which serves no purpose except supporting again the culprit because they happened to be their marketing people- first cry.
2. Make a note, first cry refused to exchange 18 month old product with fresh product. And offence.
3. They put an illegal condition to refund back money in their own valid only. The using undu influence to use our own money to buy their product only. Another offence.
4. But Patanjali is purposely ignoring and over looking their first cry such illegal condition, pointed out previously too repeatedly but Patanjali not acknowledging this bitter illegal point.
5. We ask the Patanjali, the latest batch number and manufacturing date of this product of bone capsule. Patanjali ignore our this question too.why? Again to protect the culprit.
6. Our question- wheather 18 month old product remains as effective as they were 18 months back at the time of manufacture? If so, why they expire after 24 months? No reply from Patanjali. Again to protect the culprit.
7. Law says- amboth are liable to be prosecuted, one who commits the offence following illegal restricted trade practices and another who support the culprit.

1 you have closed the case hurriedly without properly going through our complaint properly and thoroughly, just to favour your dealer, without taking the trouble to understand our concern.

2 your dealer first cry had hidden that expiry date of this product on their website and in spite of our repeated questions, they only assured we will get latest batched item which was not true.

3 so in this way they have cheated us to sell their 18 months old product by fraud.

4. It is your moral and legal duty to question such a fraudulent dealer why they had hidden the expiry date on their website to miss guide the customers.

5 this matter will definitely go to the consumer court and all social media and you Patanjali people will also be called there in the court as you are answerable as to what action you have taken or not taken against your such dealer. You cannot simply wash your hands off.

6. We also asked you as of now what is the latest batch number and its expiry & manufacturing date of this product. This was also not answered by you and therefore for clarification on this point also you will be called in the court as to why your silence in the matter should not be construed illegal favour to the culprit. Such silence itself is a crime as it amounts to help the culprit to be punished by the court.

7. These bone tablets expire in 2 years. Why? And after 2 years, anybody if try to sell, would be jailed. So this is obvious that after 2 years these bone tablets shell not be used because they will lose their power to strengthen the bone. So how can you say 18 months have gone and these tablets are as powerful as they were 18 months back. Everyday any medicine loses its power gradually day by day and after 2 years of no use at all. Therefore you cannot pressurise us to use 18 month old tablets by hiding their 18 month old manufacturing date.
