[Resolved]  Pavers England — complaint against defective shoe delivered at my home

I had purchased this shoes form your phoenix mill outlet on 26th january 2020,
This size of 6 number was not available so your store manager told me to pay the amount and the shoe will be delivered at my residence. For which i got a manual bill.
I received the shoe on 30th january 2020.
The received goods were defective to the extent that the stitching of the top edge was improper. I immediately contacted your store and phoenix mill and informed them, they told me they will try to pick up and deliver a new one. But unfortunately after repeated followups the finally said that they cannot deliver it to me and that i have to personally come and collect it from the store.

I went to the store on 3rd february they showed me an other pair of shoes, but those shoes were also defective in terms of the color tone, the color of the second tone was so much so that the entire shoes had turned dark brown rather than remaining tan in color. I pointed out the same to your store manager, he tried explaining to me that this shoe has got little more burnt and etc etc, which i did not agree to.

Finally i requested him to change my pair of shoes but he said that it cannot happen as he does not have any more 6 number shoes of the model i have selected.
1. I told him to check with other outlets which he denied to
2. I told him to repair this shoes for me to which he replied that if the shoe gets spoiled further then the store will not be responsible.
3. I told him that pls give me a refund, to which he said in sale there in no refund and no exchange
4. I told him that i have been following for the computersized bill with my gst number on it which i have not recieved it date, to which he said we have emailed you

Now finally what should i do???
1. I need the computersied gst bill of my purchase on my email address [protected]@yahoo.com
2. I need a replacement of my shoes with the ok one (Left pair is having a problem)
3. I dont want a refund, l love the shoes hence i want the same shoes with proper finishing
