I placed an order (No. P[protected]) for these shoes on 20 Oct 2023.

Initially i was very pleased with the fit and they were comfortable to wear, and I then ordered a second pair which I have not yet worn.

Unfortunately 2 months later on 21 Dec 2023 these shoes became unbearable to wear as the the fabric inside the heel support of the right shoe had worn away and the plastic stiffening became exposed presenting a sharp edge. I found walking and driving very painful as the plastic edge had caused a blister.

I am therefore returning these shoes to you due to their poor quality of manufacture, and I expect to receive a full refund of £118.00 in respect of both pairs.

    I bought shoes on pavers .uk on line site ref 3200392 on 13 th may 20/5/23 there stuck in hawkes bay customs post with wrong paper work for export pavers are aware of it .irequested a REFUND got no answer to my request im still waiting no answer to me by any one at pavers .uk on line sales what more more can i say REFUND REFUND please

      I purchased shoes by them and it uprooted in 3 days from bottom and has exchanged by them but new shoes uprooted again and now no one is replying or attending call or email no one is giving answer so i want refund and want to give back their shoes

          One of the foot wears which I very much liked and wore repudiated my honour, as its sole got damaged, worn open in between my walk, i had to go barefoot..
          To the bitter experience it was Pavers England, that I purchased from one of your company outlet in Tirupati Airport.
          I expect the company to compensate for the shame and grievance that I had.., before I bring this to a Public tweet.. and posts in Social medias

            My order

            Having made a order with pavers online RE: Re: Order [maxid:[protected]] it was a pre order which was due in on the 22/5 this date went by had no update from pavers I then had to email and ask what was going on was told it had now changed to 10/6 still not told this yet again I have had to email because it is now the 12/6 and still not had update I don't think it's good enough they should treat people like this they are happy to take my money...

            I bought new shoes from the website of the Pavers England and after using 5 days the shoes sole if detached from the leather and I bought the shoes online on 25 February and they were delivered on 28 February and after 5 days the sole is getting detached from the leather So I want to return the shoes and want to replace the shoes with new one .

              I am a regular customer of Pavers. I got attracted by the ads on the above product. I have been tracking the product with a view to buy for the last almost two months. Pavers have virtual ad blitskrieg on the product which is not available available for sale except size 6 which is of no use to me. I have spent so much time with no result. I am disappiinted

                I purchased Pavers England shoes from a mall in Vadodara in early 2020. These shoes were cared for very well during covid times, as it was very sparingly used. Unfortunately, its sole started coming out without any wear and tear also. That's very disturbing. Kindly help how it can be resolved.

                  I bought a handbag from your brand. It din't even last me 6 months within 3 months the skin of the leather is started ruining.please gimme a solution. I heard good reviews and rhen only decided to purchase this is my first bag from ur store.please solve this problem asap. Either i need a new bag in same model or pls do as possible .I cannot leave a penny not even using for 3 months and its getting damaged already went to store and asked about it but there is no response

                      I had Purchased a pair of Men Leather shoe ( number mentioned BIMS05101 6. Bill is not with me . Hardly i had used for maximum 10 times in a very sopasticated party. It was kept in shoe rack during Pandemic, because everyone o[censored]s were ristricted for movement.

                      today i wore it for a corporate meeting of mine ..what i see that the sole started melting like and flakes atarted comming outof sole and chipped off from many places. it was very embarassing and i neverthought of such moment from atleast such a reputed company.
                      ypu are requested to kindly look into the matter and kindly give a suitsble remedy by either replacing or repairing if possible

                        I brought a pair odmf mules on 22/ 10 2020 via amazon.
                        The footwear is comfortable but after 5 to 6 uses the material is chipping of.
                        Its brand new as you can see in the images.
                        I didnt expect such inferior quality from a reputed brand like pavers england.

                            Dear Sir,

                            In reference to the attached invoice it is highly regrettable that i have not received the shoes pair despite elapsing so much time after making the payment.

                            This kind of service is never expected from a multinational company.

                            Your lethargic attitude has cost me a lot and I am forced to take legal action against you at your cost for the inconvenience caused to me for not delivering the shoes on time due to which I am forced to used old teared shoes in business meetings even after making full payments. Tell me what the benefit of purchasing the shoes from Direct company store at Airport. Now i will be forced to complained to airport authority of India to take serious action against your company.

                              This is with regards to my order no PE1918250 purchased on 12th Dec . I have returned the order via blue dart on the 15th Dec through your return option and there is no sign of the refund, I have written several emails to [protected]@paversengland.com and I only get a hold response... am very frustrated with your horrible service. I want my refund and am not going to wait any longer .

                                Approximately after two years o[censored]se, sparingly used, the soles of the shoes just came off while walking. It was all degenerated and powdered.
                                It is a clear case of manufacturing defect and the shoes need to be replaced. Tha cost of the shoes is Rs 10000/-. The same were purchased from Your store in Goa airport .

                                    I had purchased two pairs of shoes from your EXPRESS AVENUE store about a month ago. I was shocked to notice on reaching home that one of the pairs was defective with the inner sole peeled. My CUST ID is 1002370,
                                    bill no 029/2. I got the same replaced after continuous follow-up for a couple of weeks. Meanwhile I used the other pair and found that the inner sole of the same started peeling as seen in the attached picture.
                                    Please do the needful at the earliest and replace the same.
