Sir,
I want to bring this to your notice that I am differently abled candidate and registered my self on various matrimonial sites. But this Pavithra bandhan people personally made a call and showed certain profiles who were interseted in me. After that they personally came and took a huge amount saying that its for lifetime service...we will show you more profiles if you are not interested in these. But they didn't gave any attention to my profile afterwards. They are even not attending our phone calls. We have a list of contact numbers of thiers and the slip bearing address and amount they collected. I request you to take strict action against them. I shall be with you in any step taken by you to stop such people and refund the amount taken by me.

Pavithra Bandhan Customer Care's response The service was online service and if a customer does revert the mail or call for 2 months or more from the Relationship manager if it is offline service then company will deactivate the service which is clearly mentioned in the clause number 4 in T&C mail.
