[Resolved] Pavithrabandhan.org — poor service levels of matrimonial site | |||||
I have registered on pavitrabandhan.org for partner search. First of all they got my details from other matrimonial site and shared couple of good profiles with me. After their executive continuously kept following up for the payment and requested to pay 10000 for offline services and assured that they will share offline and online profiles after paying the amount. Once i paid 10000 rs. They shared me rm contact details and assured to provide profile details on every second day. I had requested them to share the contact details of profiles which they have shown before doing payment. After receiving contact details i came to know that given numbers were not correct. Apart from this, they are not sharing any profiles thrice a week as committed before getting payment. Now, the situation is that i am not even able to login to their site. They don't have any particular contact details and no one is responding on the given numbers. Was this information helpful? | |||||

For this silly things this is not the right way to complete.

This is true. Even I am facing same problem. No one is Responding. PFA of site error which I am getting when I am trying to reset the password.
