I had purchased on November 2 suits of salwar PTD 87466 and PTD 97627 Order no 11052 and they delayed in the shipment We did purchase for 6590 Rupees and shipping charges 3050 so total of 7990rupees and it is nearly 122$ We received the shippment late, we received the goods with a facial kit and when asked they said this is because we purchased above 5000 Rupees. As the event had passed for which i purchased the salwar suit I just put it away. Now that we have our festival i decided to open to check that it fits but surprisingly i find that the quality of materiel of one of them is 3rd or 4th grade and both are sewed by the worst tailors ever seen I will send photos yo all who are interested The collars are just funny as the quality of the collar is bad while in other salwar the so called chiffon is nylon and i am surprised that they yet sell them It is one time customer fòoling company where customer will buy and not come back. Ashamed of such companies who cheat their own people. Being in another country we always hear about the Indian quality that is bad and today i see it They are not build to do business with international customers and I want to aware people DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PAVITRA.IN. These dresses are not even approptiate for home, wedding or other occassion is far to even think about weating for occassions, I am not only dissapointed but ashamed and will never ever buy from indian websites and will reccommend the same to all my friends around the world.
Be aware!!! As one of your customer care tried to show me policy within 15 days...policy of cheating is fine...no matter how much and how long...???? Was this information helpful? |
