Pavizham — Single matta rice

I purchase a bag of rice pavizham rice (single matta rice). my wife washing this rice before cooking. after the washing, the colour of rice is changed. the bowl for using the washing and her hand also change the colour and gummy.

I think this is a serious offence. please take necessary action against pavizham rice co. or i compelled to take necessary legal action against them.
