Myself Anubuti Khazanchi, I had also filed a complaint here against pay point regarding the fraud transaction of Rs8500/-. The last time when I talked with Sr.Executive mam, she told me that we will notify you of the final resolution on Tuesday.
But when I called on their customer support number today ie.[protected] an executive told me that I will arrange the call with their Sr.Executive Mam. And they told me, I will receive an all in the evening, but I didn't receive any call from their end. Please, tell them to resolve my case as soon as possible. It's already been delayed. Executive says, he has confirmed the call but I didn't received any call back.Kindly, tell them to resolve my case and recover my money back to me.
