From my account 15000 Rs were deducted on 4th of July without my permission through pay point network Mumbai, i am living in Delhi this fraud is happened from this channel and RRN[protected] i want to register complaint about them .

        पिता रामौतार विश्वकर्मा ग्राम फतेहपुर पोस्ट फतेहपुर है और मैं पेपोइंट इंडिया नेटवर्क pvt ltd का रिटेलर हूं
        श्री मान मैने[protected] को[protected] के लिए टिकट बुक किया था लेकिन किसी कारण एयरलाइन ने टिकट resudule कर दिया और अगला टिकट[protected] को कर दिया। लेकिन जिस दिन पैसेंजर का फ्लाईट था पता नही किस कारण से उन्हें फ्लाईट में बैठने नही दिया गया।
        लेकिन मैंने रिफंड के लिए कंपनी को मेल और मैसेज दोनो किया लेकिन कंपनी मुझसे कुछ दिनों का समय मांगा और जवाब आया की या तो पैसेंजर सही समय पर एयरपोर्ट पर पहुंचे नही या कोई और प्रोब्लम हो सकती है। लेकिन इसके बारे में पैसेंजर से पूछा तो उन्होंने बोला को आप ने टिकट ही फर्जी दिया था लेकिन मैने कस्टमर केयर से बात कराया जिसमे टिकट सही साबित हुआ। लेकिन अब काफी दिन के इंतजार के बाद कंपनी और एयरलाइन रिफंड देने से मना कर रही है।
        लेकिन अब सोनू निषाद पिता चोकट निषाद ग्राम सुरौली पौकौली थाना भलुआनी तहसील मझगांव जिला deoria है मोबाइल no [protected] जो रिफंड नही मिलने को बताने के बाद अब मुझसे पर्सनल रिफंड की कामना कर रहे है और रिफंड ना मिलने के कारण मुझे जान से मारने की धमकी दे रहे है।
        अतः आप श्रीमान हमारी मदत करे ताकि भविष्य में किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या ना हो।

        dear team paypoint wale bol rahe hain ki aap ka ticket resudule hua tha lekin fir se use wapisa 27 ko kar diya gaya.
        lekin mai kahna chahata hun ki maine customer care se jis din flight thi uske ek din pahle bhi call kar ke detail poocha tha lekin inhone bola tha ki tickt 28 ko hi hai.
        ye log bol rahe hain ki message ke madhyam se customer ko suchit kiya gya tha.
        please team paisa refund karne me meri madat karen.
        mujhe mentali problem ho rahi hai ...
        As per pay point flight team department refund is not possible and same has already been informed to customer.

            Today in sharp morning one person called me on my personal number and that person behaved like he was known to me and asked me for help that "brother i am your friend and i need your one person may be transfer some amount of money please keep it with you i said ok I will help you . Then after some time i got a call from a new number and that person asked me for my Paytm number and i gave it to him Then i received a message on my number then 10000 and 699 got deducted form my account . Before i understand this fraud payment was through Paytm and i have receipts .
            Please help me to recover the whole amount from them

                      Myself Anubuti Khazanchi, I had also filed a complaint here against pay point regarding the fraud transaction of Rs8500/-. The last time when I talked with Sr.Executive mam, she told me that we will notify you of the final resolution on Tuesday.
                      But when I called on their customer support number today ie.[protected] an executive told me that I will arrange the call with their Sr.Executive Mam. And they told me, I will receive an all in the evening, but I didn't receive any call from their end. Please, tell them to resolve my case as soon as possible. It's already been delayed. Executive says, he has confirmed the call but I didn't received any call back.Kindly, tell them to resolve my case and recover my money back to me.

                        Dear Sir/mam,
                        I want to take your serious attention to the online cyber fraud that happened to me on[protected] in the name of jio KYC which was all fake.Those fraudster had only single motive ie to deduct money from my account through their fraudulent ways.A total amount of Rs8500 was deducted from my account and upon knowing while passbook entry, I got to know that those fraudsters had used my money at ECOM PAY POINT INDIA NETWORK. I can also give you the relevant proofs of this. That transaction is not done by me. I have called on pay point India customer care number also, but they are resolving the matter, even they are not taking this case seriously. I have a humble request to you to please resolve this case as soon as possible. They are delaying this resolution process. It should not have been delayed. I just want recovery of my money which is still stuck in the company. They must resolve this case and revert my money to me. I want my money back at any cost. They are deliberately delaying the resolution process. Sr Executive is not talking to me. Every time a customer executive says, we will arrange a call, we will give you an update via mail, but in reality, they have done nothing in this case.

                        I am Anubuti Khazanchi, I want to mention that, I just had a phonic conversation with your Sr.Executive Revathi mam today and I want to convey that, please find out that particular account in which this amount of Rs8500/- has been transferred through fraud and immediately block that account and summon that person and ask him to appear in front of the bank and send him behind the bars. Because these kinds of fraudsters should not be set free. They must be sent to jail as soon as possible. As they can do fraud with other people also and loot their hard-earned money. Please, I urge you to take needful action in the matter and kindly recover my money back.

                          I do not understand why team Pay u is not sharing contact details of supplier who has committed the fraud. After 2-3 days of registering complaint they are advising complaint has been closed without bothering to resolve the issue.Since you were mediator in receiving payment on behalf of supplier please give his contact details to enable me to lodge FIR against him.In case you will keep on avoiding my complaint like this I will also make you party in the transaction

                                    Paypoint India & their employee are calling, follow ups & showing support, giving false lucrative commitments regrulerly for taking products, services, Distributorship, Retailer-ship & mainly for money, if once payments are made to paypoint India they are giving some inventory type amount that are not our real money after that their employee stopped calling, not supporting, mostly not pickup the calls & if any one some time one of the call pickup they are lying, customer services not solving quires/ complaints are properly & company and it's owner become unknown. each & every employee of paypoint India & their co. throw up his/her responsibilities and showing the finger to other, some times if any one take the call they are made time pass keeping its continuous. There are theirs fake terms, conditions & policies for clients & customers pressurized, closing their sounds making their money non refundable, non recoverable at any cost if clients /customer life's question. This paypoint India company making/made frauds. Experience from last 2 years before making payment of Rs. 50k to paypont India, exe- Yogesh Pathak, TL- Mr. Irfan Patel & Manager- Mr. Imran patel for SBI distributorship after supportive & helping commitments giving by executive & all of these in presence of paypoint India, mumbai company office with owner for getting it back with good returns or if not then they refund or reverse it in 3 to 6 months but they are not doing this & not supported; no fullfill their commitments to getting good return. Also they are not activate & providing services for single sbi csp centre retailership & they block the money. So Paypoint India & their employee providing false, fraud, unethical bad services. this & this type of business dangerous to peoples & society of India. It's should be actionable, punishable, fully reversible/refundable total deposited money of clients/ customer with interest. Should be want reversal of all money with interest immediately as earliest.
