[Resolved]  Pay U — Refund

I had placed an order and made the payment using PayU of 19998 Rs on 19th May 2021, the seller cancelled the order and initiated a return of amount in June 2021. PayU has admitted that it has the amount that has to be returned to my account but is not doing it . It has a consumer helpline chat and it is automated reply. It says the payment refund failed so it has initiated the refund again. It has been 3 months and they do not mention why it has failed and if they need a account number where amount can be transferred. Please help.

All the necessary information and ticket number has been given a month ago to payU help and the same message keeps coming that the refund has failed so another one is initiated.
