Yesterday while making a transaction of rs 3000 to my account i faced a slow process and after a long waiting period i got the information as trasaction sucessful... But later i recieved a notification as ur session has been timed out u will get a refund within five working days nu... As they mentioned however the amount is debited with no credit to srinivas prabhu u ll get a refund within five working days... Seriously im very much upset with ur toll free number bcz i cant reach you till now it always busy hw a customer can reach with those poor customer supportive network please make immdiate actions make a call back from ur service executives...
And also i addressed another complaint in last month i need a indemnity letter for a transaction of rs 3800 but till now i never recived any type of response from ur side plz help me by providing with the indemnity letter... Seriously this type of response from ur side will make the customers to avoid ur services plz make a proper quick response Was this information helpful? |
