Make my trip is not responding to my payment done for holiday package. I made one lakh payment for my flights n they have shown unprofessional attitude towards customisation of the package n couldn’t keep up to the prices they offered. On this when i asked them to reimburse or issue my flight details they have not reverted with any mail or itenary. There is no one point of contact i make several calls and mails n i only get to hear we ll revert back to u. I don’t kn how they get away with such things. I feel totally cheated and helpless
