Hello, I have paid the money to the site 1 week ago, but they are not recharging as the transaction is failing everytime. They do not have contact number, only email address where they are saying it will be done.
They have debited the money from bank account and whenever I am trying to do mobile recharge, it is getting failed and the money is kept at their wallet. It is of no use as I cannot use that money for any transaction. Was this information helpful? |
